This was our second visit to Brasserie Minor. The venue itself is nicely decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We were greeted by a blonde Russian hostess and had to wait a few minutes for a table, which was understandable.
Once seated, someone who appeared to be a waiter approached us, and we requested the Brasserie tea to start. Unfortunately, we waited 15–20 minutes without receiving anything. I informed both the hostess and the manager that no one had taken our order or brought the tea. About five minutes later, the server came to apologize but still did not bring the tea.
I asked the hostess whether this level of service was typical. To be fair, the restaurant was not particularly busy at the time, so the delay was especially disappointing.
Overall, we were not satisfied with the service and likely won’t be returning.
