A friend ordered a bomber in this showroom, paid in full for the goods. She was sent the wrong size, she returned it. She was told there is no other, but there will be tailoring. For 2 months, she constantly asked if he was ready. As a result, after another question about readiness, the showroom replied that the bomber was ready, but she still had to pay extra for it, since prices had risen. It's just a super unclient-oriented store. They didn't warn about the promotion in advance. The money was returned, but I would not recommend this salon with such an attitude to customers.
The store is extremely customer-oriented. They sent things completely different from the order - the wrong sizes and even articles! Comments on this situation were not given much, but it is worth noting that the DS was returned- therefore 2 stars.
