I read all the reviews on purpose, including the negative ones. I don't know, maybe I was just lucky, but in practice I checked 2 times (2 days in a row with different girls on the other side of the bar). Both times I liked the service and communication with the barista. Sea buckthorn cake has remained in my heart forever. It's a pity that someone was unhappy or offended. I really liked this coffee nook. I will be in Vitebsk, I will definitely look here again 🙂

We were in the second building down at the point under the escolator. Girl, I understand it's half past seven in the evening, I want to go home, but you have a tart in the window for three rubles and for how much I see I plan to buy it + it's the last one. But start to get indignant and demand to return the tartare because of the difference of 2 rubles? I'm not sorry, but your customer focus.... The coffee is acceptable, the desserts are delicious, but it's not necessary to throw them on our table.

It's disappointing. Recently I went into an institution, there was one empty table with a package on the floor, I went up to it to make sure it was free, immediately from behind the bar batista started shouting to me that he was busy. I didn't immediately understand if they were talking to me, but there was enough distance between us. The barista walked briskly towards me, still shouting. Since when is a table booked with a package??
And now I was refused service 15 minutes before the closing of the shopping center due to the fact that the car had already been washed. +rudeness

It's a terrible place. The barista doesn't know how to cook raf. When I made a remark, the answer was - if you know how to do it, why didn't you say what you want on cream. To which she replied, or if I wanted coffee with milk, I would have taken a latte or cappuccino . When the desserts were served, they did not specify who ordered which, but simply put it on the table. A friend ordered Americano and asked to add milk , the request was ignored .
