So far, the first disappointment in the cuisine in Tbilisi. The meat is very stringy, the wine is homemade alcoholic. I will not visit it a second time.
The only plus is the service, the guys are trying their best!
The food is great, but.
1. The bread was brought stale. You certainly don't expect that in Georgia you won't get fresh bread in a restaurant.
2. Homemade wine - 35 GEL on the menu, 45 in fact. The difference is small, but write it on the menu, and do not put me in front of the fact at the end of dinner. They explained that the menu indicated the price for dry wine, and we were served semi-sweet. Guys, it's not serious, you shouldn't do that.
Impressions of delicious food were spoiled(
A good place to explore Georgian cuisine and local flavor!
Good location, interesting interior with local flavor and courteous service (the waitress girls are great, very friendly and welcoming, speak Russian well!) they are a wonderful addition to good Georgian cuisine! Very tasty at average prices. We really liked khinkali, khachapuri, eggplant, meat!
Alas, it was not possible to guess with wine, so we enjoyed only one glass of red wine.
Dinner for two came out at only 30 USD, which was a pleasant surprise for us.
Of the three restaurants, except for the Radisson establishments on our list (Khinkali House and Dinehall) This institution occupies an honorable and indisputable 1st place in terms of interior and service level.
We recommend you to visit!!!
I took khinkali, veal in tomato sauce and Rkatsiteli
It was delicious, although some of the khinkali was torn and the juice leaked out, the service was slightly lazy, but attentive, the wine was fine
Khachapuri was made for an hour, although there were 3 tables in total. They brought it when we had finished everything else, finished it and were about to leave. Homemade wine is a frank braga.
On the plus side, khinkali is quite decent, the soups are delicious.
Khachapuri is terrible, there is not enough cheese and the dough is hard, it is not possible to eat, the soup is terrible with bones, in short, if you want to break your teeth and spoil your mood, then you are here).
Delicious food. An interesting interior. You can sit inside and outside. They speak Russian. There is a Russian menu with pictures and composition on the website and by barcode.

If this restaurant realizes that you are Russian, then the staff will treat you like a dog
Fermented (homemade) wine or a highly inflated price tag for bottled
Salads are not very good.
Khinkali is nothing

Hair in cheese khinkali.
They asked for a glass of dry white hihvi, and brought kvevri.
Three of the five khinkali with meat broke and the entire broth flowed out.
There were apologies about the hair in Khinkali, something like, well, it happens
Come in twice when there were no seats in the restaurant. The impressions are wonderful. Just a little more expensive and further from the hotel. The food is delicious. It is a little dark due to the fact that the halls are brown: in wood, in stone walls; chairs are wood, heavy. But it's all very cozy. And there are not many people. We found ourselves in a room in which one table was occupied. I highly recommend you to visit. Moreover, on our last visit to Tbilisi a year ago, the restaurant bribed us with a compliment. They treated us to wine in clay bowls - it was delicious, we hadn't ordered anything yet.
I ordered veal ribs in adjika, and the dish was brought not hot, but warm. The meat is tough, it feels like it has been over-cured several times. A friend ordered ojahuri, so it was cooked longer than the ribs and it was very fatty. We ordered wine, the waitress brought an open bottle and did not pour it into the bottles. There are no complaints about cheese, bread and salad

Well, that's it. Like a bad Georgian food restaurant in Russia . Lobiani is so-so, khachapuri has little cheese and has not melted
I took veal kebabs, meat khinkali, wine and beer.
Khinkali is delicious, albeit slightly overcooked. the kebab is juicy, but a little salty.
we counted an extra glass of wine, be careful.
in general, the ice pub.
Homemade wine, the food is great!! The hosts are hospitable and cheerful young Georgian guys. They sang Georgian songs to us) Well done, I'll come to them again and again))
