Everything you need to understand about this institution is obvious from the negative reviews, which here absurdly promise to fix everything for at least a year, but clearly nothing is changing. It seems that the institution is designed for one-time visits by tourists who most likely will not come here a second time. 50 minutes of waiting for breakfast, and without warning, is a lot. The prices do not match the dishes, it is cheaper and tastier in the center. It feels like the focus is solely on Instagram feed. The mood is ruined.
There were three people who ordered:
1. Eggs Benedict. In fact: 4 thick pieces of tasteless fried bread, two poached eggs, trout that looks like tuna, several lettuce leaves. There is a lot of bread regarding the "filling". It turns out to be a dry-boiled egg, an unreasonably high price.
2. Glaze. In fact: 4 thick slices of the same tasteless fried bread, fried eggs, two sausages, sauce, several lettuce leaves. A lot of bread.
3. Cheesecakes. 5 pieces, chopped banana, tangerine, peanuts. The cheesecakes are delicious, but the portion is very large. The croissant is half-baked, not airy and, as if, aged. The girlfriend did not swallow this brick. Rafe feels bad too..

Еда очень вкусная. Персонал вежливый, доброжеоательный. Время ожидания- ~8-12 минут. Атмосфера уютная, можно выбрать столик и в зале, и на террасе. Выбор напитков относительно небольшой. Десерты вкусные. Единственный минус - по идиотски сделано меню: нужно ставить галочки, официант их проверяет, но ВСЁ РАВНО СПРАШИВАЕТ ЧТО ВЫ ЗОТИТЕ ЗАКАЗАТЬ! Смысл тогда ставить какие-то галочки?..

We had breakfast in a cafe on January 1, 2024. It was very tasty and cozy)) According to the reviews, we planned to receive the order in 40 minutes, but everything was brought very quickly, and there were 7 of us. We took quiche (brut was a bonus), pancakes, poached eggs, fried eggs with sausages, cherry puer, sea buckthorn tea and fresh. Everything was amazingly delicious and fresh. We got a 10% discount for a non-telegram post and it was super nice)))

Positive:
1. Interior - paintings all around, light, everything is clean, there is a piano (apparently you can play)
2. A lot of space - inside and on the veranda, which, by the way, is on the second floor, which is also beneficial (what kind of view opens)
3. There were few visitors - we were in the evening (around 20 o'clock), the place was filled by 25 percent
4. There is wi-fi
Minuses:
1. Long service - when ordering, they warned that they would wait for dishes for about 20-25 minutes, warned without emphasis, upon our request. In fact, they cooked for an hour (+- 5 minutes). There was one dish in the order (cheesecakes and scrambled eggs).
2. A meager menu - about 15 items of dishes on the menu (2 types of cheesecakes, 5 fried eggs, 5 salads, 3 pancakes).
3. High price tag - in comparison with other establishments where we were (not far from this place), the price tag is higher (scrambled eggs with extras in the form of 2 sausages and a salad - 25 or 28 rubles)
Conclusions
It looks like it was previously an art gallery that was converted into a cafe. For some reason, it takes a very long time to prepare food, although the occupancy rate is low, and this is the fattest minus (
Perhaps the fact is that we were in the evening and in the morning / afternoon there is a different situation, but this does not negate the fact that the concept of the institution is in round-the-clock breakfasts.

Плюсы: вкусная еда, немаленькие порции, меню-конструктор с возможностью выбора топпингов/зерна для кофе, водичка с лимоном на столе за счет заведения, интересный дизайн интерьера.
Минусы: к сожалению все плюсы перекрывает невероятно долгое ожидание - порядка 40 минут для позиции из сырников, хотя по данной позиции в меню указано время ожидания порядка 20-25 минут - это с учетом практически пустого зала в субботнее утро. В соседних Zavtraki 2.0 на входе честно предупредили, что ожидание составит порядка 40-50 минут и порекомендовали зайти в соседние Zavtraki - к сожалению, получилось не быстрее.

Решили сходить в это заведение на pro coffee fest. Позиция очень понравилась, нежная, вкусная запеканка и приятный кокосовый раф.
В заведении была первый раз, очень понравилась атмосфера и интерьер.
Хотелось бы вернуться еще раз, но обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. Обслуживала нас девушка Ирина, которая с самого начала была с недовольным лицом. Мы попросили вытереть столик, на что она молча ушла и вернулась спустя минут 10 только. Всю грязь, что была на столе она просто размазала.
Сначала минут 15 ждали меню, после заказа нам принесли кофе, а вот десерт только через 5-7 минут, когда напиток уже остыл. И поэтому сложно было прочувствовать вместе весь сет, потому что съеден он был по раздельности.
После всего попросили счет, который тоже несли 20 минут, когда его принесли не принесли терминал. Мы ждали терминал еще 20 минут, потому что она просто забыла про нас.
Очень жаль, что в таком суперском месте все так не организованно

Хорошая локация, интересный интерьер, большая веранда, правда, пледы лежат в крытой части, вам их не предложит "заботливый" персонал, их нужно искать самому. Блюда вкусные с интересной подачей. Порции большие, можно делить на двоих.
Грустно, что официантки либо уставшие, либо безразличные. Воду принесли только после 2-х напоминаний. Кофе, не уточняя, принесли сразу, ещё до подачи завтрака (сам завтрак где-то через 15 мин). Пока несли сырники, чашку со сметаной катали по всей тарелке и она была вся в сметане. Так что К-клиентоориентированность персонала никакая. В остальном - неспешный вкусный завтрак хоть в 4 часа дня, красивый вид с веранды, то, что нужно для хорошего начала дня.

Любимое место в Минске для завтрака и не только) Концепция и дизайн просто шик! Удобный конструктор меню, можно выбрать что хочешь с любыми добавками. Ценник средний за такие порции. Уютная веранда. Единственный возможный минус - долгое время ожидания, когда много людей, может доходить до 40 минут. Но оно того стоит, если располагаете достаточным временем)
