I've been going to this gym since the first day it opened. The gym contains the most necessary minimum of sports equipment and simulators sufficient for full-fledged athletic gymnastics training. I am satisfied. I recommend.

The difficulty is that only one hour is allocated for free skating and there are more people who want to ride than rental skates ((( The ticket office starts 2 hours before the start of the session and there are sooo many people. According to some reports, people stand in line for 40 minutes. But if you approach the question in advance, then everything goes fine!

I was on a free skate with a friend and the whole mood was ruined even before we went out on the ice. A very boorish woman who does not know how to communicate with people works in the wardrobe. She started pointing out to me that there was more than one pair of shoes in the package, although there was one pair of knee-length boots. She stood and argued with me until I pulled her out of the bag and showed her.
They left the ice before the session ended so that they could pick up their clothes in the wardrobe without a crowd. We were the very first in line and the woman just defiantly walked past and ignored us. A queue began to form and she decided to tell us, they say, "Are you the smartest, why are you standing here, go to the end of the queue." She also allowed herself to make statements towards children who were themselves without parents.
In general, we were just shocked that a person allows himself to do this and it is considered normal. The rest of the staff are very polite and calm. But as you can see, even one person can spoil the impression of a place where you wanted to have a good time.

Ice hockey, free ice skating, table tennis, a cafe-bar are a separate topic, but in a nutshell I will say that here you can eat the first and second tea / coffee and / or compote. Pastries, a hot dog, a sandwich, a sandwich, buns, in general, a snack or a hearty meal for an acceptable price tag. On the ground floor, on competition days, a coffee zone opens where you can buy fresh coffee, which will be brewed in front of you, or coffee machines are always working (there are 2 of them).
On the third floor there is a gym, not the newest simulators, and the hall is not particularly large, but you can work out, although sometimes you will have to wait in line for the simulator))

When I arrived on the 3rd of the year of the Dragon, half an hour before the start of the session, with a crazy queue (30-40 people), it was announced that all running sizes of rolling skates were over. The next day, everything happened, and we managed to ride...
there are a lot of people. The ice is humped and grooved after 10 minutes.
But the atmosphere is super!
Everything is on a huge positive! Kotayuzzo! The sides are being ironed!
In general: the schedule (taking into account the holidays) could be bent towards the citizens - both sides would be in the black. Skates can also be re-laced. Lacing has already been pretty pronounced.

It is necessary to come to mass skating in advance in order to have time to pay and choose skates, otherwise your size may not be available an hour before the mass.
If you have your own skates, then you do not need to create a crowd and reach out to pay in the general window where both the issuance and payment are going on, you can pay inside near the entrance on the right, there is a cash register.
The skates are perfectly sharpened.
45 minutes of skating, they start earlier, so that by the beginning of going out on the ice you would already be near the nkgo and not 20 minutes just before it to slap in skates.
It is better to go to the toilet in advance, since it is forbidden to enter there in skates, and you obviously do not want to change clothes, and you will either have to endure or leave the ice arena earlier.
There is a bar and vending machines with coffee/tea. The wardrobe is working properly and you can take things there an hour before skiing, shoes are accepted ONLY in bags or backpacks, if the package is only one pair of shoes, please note)
In general, it's very cool and good there, you can't describe everything.

It is necessary to replace a set of sports simulators in the athletic gymnastics gym at the Ice Palace. I've been training with iron in this gym since the first day it opened for 8-9 years. To this day, all the same simulators are located there. They don't all work well, they jam, and there are no components. And by and large, the volume of the gym area leaves much to be desired. By current standards, the volume of a gym for athletic gymnastics should be at least 180 square meters.
