Very strange people work in this library. The woman at the entrance, who keeps records of arrivals / departures during my stay there, began to change clothes, took off her clothes to her underwear. It's a very strange situation, I still don't know how to forget it. Excellent foundation, friendly, intelligent staff. It's all good. But the building itself, both from the outside and inside, looks just like a deuce on a 5-point scale. Reconstruction is urgently needed and not cosmetic, but capital.
