I have two feelings about this organization, but judging by the quality of work of one specialist, the entire organization, I think, will not be correct. I feel great gratitude and a sense of warmth towards this institution, because 10 years ago, thanks to their help, our "frozen pregnancy" at the conclusion of one of the regional centers turned out to be quite ordinary - and our child has been pleasing us for many years. But in the fall of 2023, a fly in the ointment flew into my barrel. Coming to the first screening (12 weeks) and lying on the couch - while the doctor did not communicate with me from the word at ALL - she and the nurse just exchanged a couple of words like "there is nothing to see here - it is clear that she is frozen", after which I was simply asked to go out into the corridor and wait for the conclusion there (do not forget to remind that you need to buy them a condom, because no one said that you need to take it with you). I cannot express in words what I felt at that moment: neither moral support, nor any purely human sympathy, not even a couple of words (even if they were on duty) were said... That same evening, we went to a paid clinic for confirmation - in relation to just heaven and earth: they advised and talked about sedatives, said that we need to undergo examinations and try to become a mother again.... So some things depend not only on the level of professionalism, but also on what kind of person.

How many horror stories have I heard and after reading negative reviews here, I was set up for a bad reception (but Elizaveta Sergeevna is a super attentive, careful and courteous doctor. Patients are received by a "conveyor", the attitude is appropriate: they can yell at you (it is yelling, the word "scream" is not applicable here), be rude, everything is done on the principle of "faster-faster-faster", doctors can be waited for half an hour, despite the record for a specific time. And then they "gallop" everyone in and reproach the patients for being slow to dress/undress/ come in/go out.
At the last visit, the blood sampling technician was, to put it mildly, out of sorts, she took blood from pregnant women, yelled at them, almost literally sent them to any remark. In general, in order to calm her down, I had to contact the head of the department.

On Friday evening at 6 p.m. I call for an ultrasound appointment, they tell me to call tomorrow at such and such a number. As a result, I don't get through anywhere on Saturday, they don't pick up the phone. Question: why such a staff? And a suggestion: hire young qualified staff instead of boors and loafers who do not know the deadlines for the readiness of tests, nor the schedule of doctors, nor want to answer any questions in principle, but interrupt and yell into the phone. Sorry, but that's not how they work with patients!

13.05. 2019 we came with our spouse for ultrasound, 12 weeks pregnant. Firstly, the recording was from 17 to 17.30 (as I was informed by an employee at the reception), in fact we arrived at 17.00 and sat for an hour and a half. After that, a nurse from room 407 came out and informed us that we were NOT on her doctor's list! It turned out that the recording was made in room 401, but for some reason this was not noted in the registry! and moreover, it is not told to the patient. It remains to be guessed: where and to which doctor the appointment was made. BUT everything would be fine if IT weren't for the TERRIBLE, careless, disrespectful behavior of the staff. The doctors just "saved" us, instead of doing an ultrasound, which took only 5 minutes! In the end, after much persuasion from her husband, the doctor in the 401 office "condescended" and did an ultrasound. In just 5 minutes!!! 5 minutes, which were worth such proceedings and nerves. In room 407, the doctor turned away from me altogether, expressing her negativity with her whole appearance! I would like the doctors of this center to respect the Clients at least a little and learn how to correct the MISTAKES of their own employees! After all, they come to you for support, for positive emotions, and not for such a boorish and neglectful attitude. It is a pity that such people do not understand their purpose.
Today, on 12/15/2016, I made an appointment with a gynecologist at 08.40. I was able to get to the doctor only at 09.30., because until the doctor accepted "his" patients, he did not consider it necessary to accept me, who does not have friends there. Until the doctor and the nurse have accepted and guided "their own" by the handle, the admission of ordinary patients can be postponed. After I got to the appointment, I was sent for an ultrasound, where after waiting for a doctor for half an hour, a nurse came out and asked if I had taken the queue. There is no limit to my indignation. The attitude towards patients is simply not caring - and this applies not only to the gynecologist, but also to the geneticist, whom I visited several times earlier. Since I was in a hurry, I did not leave an entry in the book of comments and suggestions, which I am very sorry about.
