The attitude is boorish, careless and extremely disrespectful. Upon arrival, I was told - "leave the keys and you can be free..." I asked to be allowed to stay nearby at the time of repair, reminding that I also discussed this on the phone. I was refused, apparently doubting my distrust of the car service workers. At the same time, an older man with a gray beard, a service employee, said, like, that Mercedes-s worth 100,000 dollars were being brought to us and nothing, but here, they say, SOME KIND of Lada kalina... I was even taken aback and did not immediately find what to say to him. I came to the car service primarily as a Person, and the car is already factor number two. Any transport is worthy of respect if you gave the go-ahead, signed it up for repair and are going to service it, and the person who delivered this car to you in any case does not deserve to be neglected. I expected that the car would be repaired immediately, and I would be given the opportunity to be next to the car. Alas, they were just rudely rejected, without even explaining anything properly. I left, I was in the car next to this service station for about 30 minutes. After about 20 minutes, a man came out and told me, like, come by, to which I replied that I had already agreed with another car service, while I firmly decided that I would come and write my review to them in the complaint book.
CONCLUSION: perhaps the employees of this car service station were not in a very good mood in the morning, we all have some difficulties and problems of our own, but you are already in the workplace and you have no right to treat your customers so disrespectfully, who come to you with hope and full respect to serve their cars. I will not go to this car service anymore and I will not recommend it to my friends.

Excellent car service. I drove in because the heater motor stopped working. The heater motor was quickly diagnosed and removed. Diagnosis the brushes are erased. One brush was given for the sample. The next day I went to them with a new set of brushes (the price of the issue is 6 rubles.) They took 35 rubles for the work. For reference, when I was looking for brushes in the car market, they offered a motor for 50 rubles. I didn't see any point in changing the engine entirely, since the anchor in my engine is in good condition.
