Today I tried the "Polendvitsa from the oven". Finally, at least someone decided to make a product without chemicals. Only meat, salt and spices. Yes, it looks gray and not cloudy, BUT THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT A NATURAL PRODUCT SHOULD LOOK LIKE. It tastes 10 out of 10. It turned out to be a worthwhile homemade product. Let's hope that this is not the last product of such a plan. I'm tired of pink-nitrite equally tasteless nonsense. And such products are right on the table! Special thanks to the technologist. We always buy the products of this meat processing plant, because, in our opinion, they are the most delicious. We often take the ham "Baleron tender" (from poultry meat). I really like the delicate taste and the product itself consists of pieces of meat. I bought a ham a few days ago, thinking it was the same. But, after cutting, I found pieces of lard and pork skin there, later I noticed that the label does not contain the words "tender" and poultry meat, "it just says "Baleron ham", and pork is indicated in the composition. Can I find out if this is a different type of sausage product or if the composition of the product has been changed?
