After 6 months, the bags have not changed, the fetid slurry on the asphalt is transported all over the street when compressing garbage, children going to school carry dirt to apartments on the soles of their shoes. The capsules of the garbage cans have never been aspirated, they contain a level of fetid liquid. There has never been a de-treatment of submersible containers. We live around the clock under the rumble of garbage can lids, the battle of broken bottles. The installation of garbage cans was not coordinated with the residents. There is a blatant violation of sanitary, legal and ethical standards. Alternatively, a few dozen meters away, there is a playground that meets all legal requirements.
If this illegal outrage is not removed from under our windows, we will defend our rights in court. P.S. 800 apartments from several houses use garbage, plus they bring cars and beads, drivers driving by, and we tolerate dirt, stench, and rumble.
