By agreement with the master, a computer was brought, there was no one in the service at that time and at the same time it was open. We called the master, he said that he had left for departure and would be back soon and that we should leave the computer in the service. All this happened at about 3 p.m. At about 6 o'clock we decided to dial it ourselves and find out what was wrong with our device, to which we were told that it was being made. At 8 o'clock we decided to dial again (we called several times) - no one answered, so we decided to go to the service ourselves, since it works until 10. Upon arrival, there was no one in the service again and no one even touched our computer, not that they repaired it. The computer was standing exactly as we left it. There was a paper hanging on the door that the master had left and you could call him (2 phone numbers were indicated), after calling 10 times, no one answered us. Judge for yourself the professionalism of the employees of this service.

I contacted the service with a high temperature of the video card, cleaned it, replaced the thermal paste. Very terrible service.
I was taking computer components for repair. Half of them were repaired after 4 months. The rest is still being repaired, and it's already been half a year. When asked to return the components, they are fed breakfast or avoid conversation. The opening hours indicated on the official website are not true.
I do not recommend contacting this service. You'll get yourself a firebrand.
