The management should have had a conversation with her about how to communicate with customers, especially since the competition in such salon services is simply frenzied!Otherwise, it seems that Radmila absolutely does not know how to communicate with clients, does not know how to resolve conflict situations!Maybe she just shouldn't work with people?!
