For me, the best place no only for summer, but also for winter. Due to this place located between mountains, temperature much lower in summer than in another places.

Beautiful territory, everything is trimmed, painted and cleaned. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Regarding the restaurant: clean, good view, they cook for quite a long time, the service is good, the menu is very small, there are no kebabs, pilaf, etc. There are no prices on the menu, and the prices are much higher than expected. For two salads and two soups with tea, 353000 soums is very expensive, despite the fact that the portions are frankly small.
There is no beach as such, access to the water is through the streets of local residents, the territory by the water is not arranged at all. Just a wild descent to the water, with garbage and a pipe flowing from the houses directly into the pond.
If you do not go outside the building, then everything is fine. Except for the restaurant prices
