I always come with my husband for company, I expect)
1. The receptionists are always very friendly, always smiling, it is clear that they are working hard. Tea/coffee/drink is always offered
2. The atmosphere is simply at the highest level, 10/10 for the service, it is always warm (in cool weather), the air conditioner worked in the summer.
It is always very clean, calm, pleasant music, even if there are children waiting, there are cartoons for them
3. The staff are all young, and it is really clear that people love their work, always smile, say hello, in general, they are very pleasant
4. The quality of the work-I can only notice Alexey, since his husband has been cutting his hair for a year and a half and in a year and a half there have NEVER been misfires, always the perfect haircut. Really a master of his craft, for which I thank you very much! Trust 10/10
A son will be born soon, we will definitely get a haircut from Alexey🤭

Amazing place and staff, every detail is to the heart. For a year now, I have been entrusting the haircut only to master Alexei. No one has been able to take into account/feel my wishes so much. The service is excellent: tea/coffee in the morning and great music- what could be better. It's great that you get an energy boost in addition to a cool haircut. I definitely recommend Mercy to the guys!

I took the child for a haircut. Not only was he completely wet after washing his hair, he also got a so-so haircut. Usually the hair is styled, but here the child came out after the haircut as if I cut it myself, and not the master. 3 stars only for the service and the setting. Now you have to wait for your hair to grow back. Cutting your money is not worth the word at all! A spoiled mood.

The barbershop opened recently, if the girl hadn't paid attention to the balls, she wouldn't have noticed right away. Not the point.
1. The administrator is friendly, responsive and friendly (I highlighted this because not everyone can boast of it).
2. Barber Daria (I hope I remembered correctly, I apologize in advance if I made a mistake) - knows her job well, cuts her hair quickly and neatly, is moderately sociable, I was satisfied with the hairstyle.
3. Regarding the "filling" of the barbershop. The design is excellent, it's cool to come up with a TV in the reflection of the mirror. I never knew what to do with myself during a haircut, but here at least you can "stick" to the TV. Only this is worth 5 stars))
I hope the comment will help remove doubts about visiting this barbershop :)
The guys deserve at least 1 visit. And I'll be back there next time for sure :)
