The establishment is located in the city center, it is quite convenient to enter during a walk. I was at lunchtime, on a day off. There was only one of the visitors in the hall.
I ordered Americano, baileys coffee desserts from a series of Belarusian motifs and classic potatoes. I also took maize bread with me. Water was supplied to the order for free. Baileys coffee looks unusual, it costs a lot - about 15 BYN. I was not impressed: it was very sweet, the ears did not understand what they were made of, nuts and mousse inside. The potatoes are small in size, covered with a crispy glaze. I liked that it was obscene. The coffee is not hot, without acid. Pretty good.
Everything would be fine if it weren't for the state of the toilet: it's very dirty, there's hair on the sink, it's not clear when the toilet was last washed, there's no soap in the dispenser (but how would it be the middle of the day, maybe it's worth getting ready in the morning?). Dirty plates are not cleaned, although there are 3 employees in the small hall.
Total for desserts 3 (normal taste, high price), service 1.
For 2 desserts, bread, coffee, the receipt turned out to be 37.75 BYN. It's definitely not worth it, in my opinion.

It's just a pity that the tea is in the cups..not a teapot.. Dirty dishes were quickly removed from the table. There are not many tables.. everyone was busy (on the street too), but so far they have ordered.. PS: by the way, the toilet is clean, and soap and paper are all there.. The desserts are gorgeous, but despite the fact that they are expensive, you can take them and it pleases. And desserts with delicious coffee are tastier, in this regard I was unlucky, the coffee was not delicious, the foam is not foam, but some kind of blob, like foam from milk, the taste of coffee is not delicious. I took 2 different coffees and was unlucky both times. My personal conclusion is that you can definitely stop by for desserts and that's it.

I like the confectionery products, but! It has already become a tradition when I take a lot of products, and they will definitely forget to put something in. If you do not check (if possible, if it is not a closed box), you will be left without sweets and, accordingly, minus the money. And now, instead of a cake, they put a cupcake (in a closed box)! which is twice as cheap in total! And at the same time I repeated the order 3-4 times! A disgusting impression!!!!! And the constancy of "working in one's own direction" suggests certain thoughts. With such an attitude and products, you no longer want them, especially now the choice is huge and for every taste!

I ordered flat coconut coffee and dessert on the spot. The tables are not cleaned, with crumbs. I waited a long time - everyone who has already been given coffee after me. Because takeaway in the first place is heard from conversations between employees. I made a remark that they had forgotten about me. Coffee and dessert were brought. The coffee is cold. She asked me to redo it. They were redone - with cow's milk. Thank you for not killing me.

The most delicious, truly unique (you definitely won't find such in Minsk anymore, the closest competitors of Mulin) desserts. The coffee is brewed very good (neutral, without bitterness and sourness), but if you come here I highly recommend cocoa (brewed on the basis of Belgian chocolate). I haven't tried baking, but people go to get Borodino bread from Brioche from the other side of the city.

Девочки начинают работать рано, поэтому мы сюда заезжали завтракать и дальше в путь путешествовать по замкам страны. Цены доступные, выпечка очень вкусная. Место атмосферное. Местные здесь на дорогих машинах по утрам смотрю либо наслаждаются кофе, либо забегают и набирают разных плюшек. Вкусный кофе, вкусная выпечка, веселые девочки, французская музыка. Летний Минск прекрасен.

Какая же вкусная выпечка в данном заведении! Всегда все самое свежее и вкусное. Еще ни разу не подвели.
Также хочется отметить приятный персонал, который всегда здоровается на французском. Это добавляет определенный шарм, который погружает в эстетику заведения!
Единственный минус - это ценник. Немного завышен, как по мне. Однако качество продукции всегда на высоте, и при первом же укусе ты полностью забываешь об этом маленьком минусе.

Если вы приехали в Минск, то это место обязательно к посещению 100%. Свежая наивкуснейшая выпечка на любой вкус! Бесподобный кофе. Отличное приветливое обслуживание, чего не скажешь про некоторые другие заведения и особенно магазины. Может показаться, что дороговато, но поверьте мне, мы не секунды не пожалели своих денег!!!

Была я сегодня в этом кафе. Не понравилось надменное лицо девушки-баристы/продавца; не понравился узкий ассортимент слоек и круассанов; не понравился узкий ассортимерт дессертов = витрина полупустая; не понравлось, что отсутвовал хлеб черный/белый, с добавками, бутербродный хлеб, не понравилась уборная, так как не было антисептика, крема для рук, сама уборная выглядит не опрятно. По сравнению с 2022 годом, когда посещала, все вышеперечисленное мне не понравилось.

Не первый раз бываем в этом замечательном городе, ездим по экскурсиям. Так вот выпить кофе в 7 утра вы сможете только здесь. Я не спец и не фанат выпечки, поэтому то что брали мне понравилось. Насчет кофе скажу как кофеман со стажем - девочки варят замечательный настоящий эспрессо из свежеобжаренных зёрен. По крайней мере в августе было так. Мило и довольно уютно. Пол липкий. Уж как есть.
Но всё равно 5 баллов.)
