It's a good place.

We had a rest in June 2012. 2 adults and a child of 6 years old.The room was in the courtyard on the ground floor. The kitchen is clean, cleaned all the time. Perhaps the only drawback is that the room was smoked initially and a stale smell came from the air conditioner. And so everything is great.
