The ladies who take orders are rude and incompetent. We ordered parts for the fence (by the way, they were filled in quickly enough - less than a week) - they took away not exactly what they described to us.

They sell tiles with greasy spots. They are rude! There is no talk of a return at all, and in order to be replaced with a normal one, you need to run for a week. Draw your own conclusions!!!
