On November 08, I signed up for a men's haircut at the BROCK Barbershop on Pobediteley Ave. in Minsk (the Castle shopping center). When the receptionist came to the salon, she assured me that the haircut would cost me 45 bel. rub. and said that you need to pay only after the haircut. Arthur, the Pro Barber, was standing next to me, who heard our conversation and from whom I got a haircut. After the haircut, he told the receptionist that the haircut was "elongated", i.e. only with scissors, although this was not quite true.
Then the administrator of the BROCK Barbershop told me that I was charged not 45 bel. rub., as she promised me before the haircut, but 55 bel. rub.!!!
I.e. it's not even 50 bel. rub., because Arthur is a Pro Barber, but 55 bel. rub. this is the cost of Top Barber.
So it turns out that Barbershop BROCK - brazenly deceive their customers and try to snatch more money in all ways!!!
