Meeting of guests - 2 balls. They did not let us into the hall, where our friends were already waiting for us. I had to call my friends to meet us. At the entrance, the guards constantly checked the seal on the visitors' hand. Apparently, memory fails, it is difficult to remember a dozen visitors who constantly go out for a smoke break.

We were at the event today in this institution, I want to note the disgusting service of the staff, or rather the waiter Alexander and apparently his "friend", I can't mention his name because there was no badge!
This is the first time I have encountered such a relationship, it would be possible to close my eyes to the fact that they did not approach us for a very long time, due to the full seating of the halls, but to close my eyes to the fact that they wanted to clarify when the order was brought to us, they shouted "what order?" to us, without even deigning to approach,and then they also taunted us in response, as if we were some kind of friends to them, this is too much!!!When asked to provide us with a complaint book, we were refused, due to flashing.
The only person to whom we would like to say thank you is the waiter Denis, who still remained a human being, and worked perfectly!

The institution works up to 5 hours, no one limits the number of people, they let in for 15 rubles, and half-dead, drunk comrades, there are so many people that after 00:00 there is simply no place alive, there is a crush on the dance floor, dancing everywhere, constant drunken showdowns, and showdowns, so I do not recommend it. They will strengthen face control and make restrictions on the number of people, there will be that place (but no one will do it, you understand).

We visited Brooklyn with the company. The food was excellent, and we thank the chef for its quality and reasonable prices. However, the service left much to be desired. We asked one waiter to come up, then another, then a third, but each time we were told: "Your waiter will come up now." We waited 20 minutes before someone came over, and even then he didn't bring the menu, asking what we wanted to order. Is this normal? Later, we were approached with one menu for six, and when we asked for another, we were answered: "We'll get it now." However, 20 minutes passed and no one showed up. We were eventually able to place an order, but the food arrived before the drinks, although drinks are usually served first. Then, when the dessert utensils were brought, they were suddenly removed after a couple of minutes. Why did you decide to take the devices away? I myself work in catering as an assistant administrator and fully understand the processes, but such service is simply disgusting and unacceptable. Of course, the tips were left only out of respect for the work, but we won't go back there anymore.

We came on a weekday with a company to celebrate the event. We settled down on the sofas in the main hall. Live music started playing at 8 p.m... They began to perform "White Roses". This immediately spoiled the impression of a "modern nightclub".. We moved to the veranda. The situation continued to "please": dissatisfied and arrogant waiters who continued to bring alcoholic beverages, completely "forgetting" to warn that the kitchen was open until 22.00 (although the establishment itself was up to 2 o'clock). And when, closer to eleven o'clock, we wanted to order more snacks, we were told that they could only bring water and lemon. I think it's wrong when the kitchen stops working 4 hours before the restaurant closes, even the cold shop, and it's especially wrong that when taking an order for alcoholic beverages, especially from a large company, the waiters do not warn guests that the kitchen is no longer working. I do not recommend visiting.

We celebrated the New Year 2024 in Brooklyn. We were disappointed..
Food: when the vegetable, meat and cheese plates were brought, it became funny (I attach a photo), only one type of sausage was delicious, the rest lay all night, the cheese was normal, vegetables would be better tasteless than with an incomprehensible smell. We witnessed how a woman at another table also complained about cucumbers and asked to remove them from the plate altogether, because they only spoil the appetite. Friends ordered Caesar salad, said it was standard and there were no questions about it. We ordered a warm salad with duck, in which it was impossible to eat meat. I wanted to interrupt the aftertaste of the duck with at least something. We ordered filet mignon for the hot meal and visually everything was fine. But the filet mignon, which should be served hot, was cold with iced mashed potatoes. + At the beginning of the evening, they asked the waitress what degree of roasting they have, to which they received the answer: "More often medium, but how it turns out." I.e., the cook basically does not bother about cooking dishes, how it turns out, this will be brought to you. I had an overcooked filet mignon, and a friend's was completely red inside. So here's how lucky you are.
It will not work to catch the waiter in the hall, there seem to be a lot of them, but they approach the table as it turns out (for reasons beyond their control, apparently). Everyone walks around dissatisfied, as if they were forced to go out and work. I can understand that they have a lot of work and so on on New Year's Eve, but seeing dissatisfaction and favors on their part is not at all what you expect in an institution.
Program: there are questions for contests when the presenter invites 6 people and stops interacting with the audience for 20 minutes until it's time to choose the winners.
Music: on New Year's Eve, I still want to hear a couple of New Year's songs (there was one right after 12, which, according to the meaning, should be played before the New year). And if there are no questions about cover bands, since they have a program that they rehearse for more than one day, then musical inserts and a DJ could, it seems to me, add a couple of New Year's songs.

Why haven't I been here before?
But it's probably not for nothing that everything happens in its own time. The meeting with the brothers logically led us to an active holiday here. And from the first second I felt the pleasant atmosphere of this movement, it was so comfortable that the time until 3 a.m. flew by unnoticed. I definitely recommend it. There are many tables, including for large companies, snacks, drinks, hookah, live and club music, attentive staff, decent audience. We really liked it. We will return more than once.

The cover band sings well, the guys are trying. The hand dryer does not work in the men's room, and there are no paper towels as such. So wipe your hands on your pants :), preferably your girlfriend. Smoking is allowed indoors in a special place. It seems that the hood is good and copes with its task. However, people can order a hookah next to your table and blow it right on the spot.
In short, the institution is like an institution.
About karaoke. The guys approached this process professionally. There is a person sitting on the stage who actually helps you sing. But for some reason tipsy people always order and begin to perform such songs, where a wide range of voices is needed and then the mess begins. But these are no longer questions for the institution.

Great place! If we want to dance, then come here! The number of visitors is decent, of different ages. You can always find a place not at a table, but at the bar - it's no less decent here: the dance floor is in the palm of your hand, you can sit down. The service is smooth. I can't count how many times we've been - so far this is the best place with groovy caverbands, a normal dance floor, disco content, not pretentious, at the same time on the level.
