It was a good place, the hookah was good and the hookah man came up several times, which is rare nowadays. Fortunately, I was the only one there. Minus a star for the condition of the interior, it is interesting, but it would need to be updated. I didn't take any food. Yes, the music is pleasant!

A top institution. Excellent and positive service. There are backgammon and cards. Against the background, rap from various eras from Tupac to Eminem and more plays into the atmosphere of the institution. An atmospheric institution. Hookah 4 out of 5 is smoked quickly.

The service is terrible. As we arrived, we waited 15 minutes for the waiter to come on the call button, then accepted the order and did not inform us that food and drinks would have to wait for more than 40 minutes, while they messed up with the order and had to wait even longer and answered our dissatisfaction: "well, you're not alone here.".. Now for the hookah. They asked to call a hookah man, as a result, 20 minutes later they "caught" him themselves and he made the most disgusting hookah that we tried and asked him to change the tobacco, he replied: "5 seconds" and did not return, as a result, they waited 30 minutes, paid off and left.

Change the staff.
They don't want to work, like a waiter, like hookah people.
They are not friendly.
They mess up on replacing the hookah, they don't fit, they don't ask how they're doing, they don't change the coals.
They are trying to push the hookah more expensive, although it is clearly not worth it. When the conversation turns to a cheaper one (6500tg), the face immediately changes, and in every possible way they dissuade him from taking it.
The price clearly does not match the quality.
The disdainful attitude of the waiters, as if it was necessary for me to visit this institution.
In the kitchen, the only thing that tastes good is a chicken club sandwich. Respect to the cook for this.
I came here 3-4 times throughout the year, hoping that something would change, but alas.
Today is March 19th, 2019, and I won't be coming here anymore.
And I don't advise you either.
I will definitely send this review to the director on WhatsApp so that this issue is somehow resolved!
