Terrible customer service in the Yunusabad district branch of the 13th quarter. (11/24/2024, 12 a.m.)
We wanted to order a delivery.
Firstly:
The seller does not know the assortment, what is on the shelves and what is not.
Secondly, he answered all questions dryly and to hell with it.
Thirdly: they asked if there was a particular product, the seller said no, but as soon as they asked to send a photo, the product turned out to be available.
After waiting for the courier search for 15-20 minutes, as a result, they called back and heard the answer in the format "I do not manage couriers", I had to call a taxi myself, which arrived literally 4-5 minutes later.
Such service is not acceptable, everyone should work conscientiously, since everyone's work is paid. And spoiling the mood of others in this way is not the best thing.
