New Yorkers affectionately call this park the Dam.A small green corner of a very expensive area separated from the fast current of the ocean by huge rocks. The rumble of trains (subway) on one bridge and the flow of cars and tourists on the famous Brooklyn Bridge, it connected Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan. From the bridge there is a stunning panorama of Manhattan, it is like a mirage in the molten air of hot July. The Statue of Liberty and the islands are in the distance. There are endless streams of tourists below, mothers with strollers, countless snack bars and pizzerias (pizza is very tasty) and very expensive apartments are sunbathing on the lawns. The air is fresh and the power of the ocean is felt.
Very beautiful views in the evening!!! The famous Brooklyn Bridge is definitely worth crossing on foot.and in the evening, get a reputation on a boat. Impressions will last a lifetime
