A good, brand-new, sincere hotelier. Polite staff. Delicious breakfasts. Nearby there is a good dining room sail, rolls, pizza, whatever your heart desires.The sea is a minute away. There is a cafe rotatuy near the sea. There are sun beds on the shore, there is enough for everyone. There is a small swimming pool. I want to go back there again.

We rested from 01.09.2024-09.09.2024. The rooms are good, cleaning every day, change of linen and towels every 3 days. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, the administrator Shamil is very friendly and helpful, he will tell you everything and show you. The sea is a minute's walk away, there are always free sun beds. I WANT TO COME BACK AGAIN!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days from June 17 to 22. The rooms are fresh, well renovated. There were maintenance flaws, but very minor ones. The sea is very close, sun beds and umbrellas, all this is also available by the pool. Even if you consider that it's already the season, there weren't many people at the pool or fast, there was enough for everyone. There are cafes around, there are no restaurants, but it depends on what you want from a vacation, for a quiet family hotel it's the best thing. If you take a walk and hang out, it's not about Tsandripsh. In general, I liked everything 👍🏻

Very nice hotel, large rooms with excellent repair. We got a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The rooms are cleaned daily, clean. It is a 2-minute walk to the sea, there is a heated swimming pool (on the territory of a neighboring hotel). Breakfast buffet, very tasty. But there are not enough tables in the zone. The staff is polite, responsive. We are always ready to help with any questions, special thanks to them for this ❤️ I would like to visit this chic hotel again
And yet, it's better to put all personal belongings in the closet, the child's pants disappeared on the last day of rest (and we rested in October) and the child flew home in shorts, perhaps when the cleaning was accidentally thrown somewhere, because they were lying out of place

It took me a long time to choose a hotel, but unfortunately I made the wrong choice. The room was not cleaned, there was sand and hair on the floor, there were no duvet covers. Breakfasts are held at the nearby Green land hotel, we went to breakfast at 8:30, the tables are all occupied, there are no clean dishes, as well as food. The pool is also in Green lend and the administrator is also why that in Green lend, I was very disappointed.

1. Location of the 3* hotel. Located in the village. There are no restaurants nearby, only cafes and canteens. There is a pharmacy and a shop nearby, the assortment is very limited. The sea is two steps away, there is its own Parking. The neighbors have a swimming pool. If you arrive without a car, it will not be convenient. We rented a car. Next to the border and dutifrey, respectively. All attractions are 1-2 hours away from the hotel.
2. Comfort for 3*. Everything seems to be fine, the hotel is new, the furniture is fresh. But the cleaning is terrible. Before our arrival and during our stay, the floor was not washed once. There was someone else's hair in the shower. Tables were not wiped with us, glasses and mugs were not washed, water and tea were not renewed. Blankets are not tucked into the duvet cover, suffer for yourself.
3. Staff for 4*. Some of the staff are very polite, some do not know how to communicate with guests at all. In general, there were mixed emotions.
4. Breakfast for 5*. Excellent breakfasts. I liked everything.
5. Beach for 3*. Nothing special, just a beach like everywhere else. No entertainment, except for the sapboards.
Result. We rested with my wife together for a week. I liked the hotel, but we won't come here a second time because of the nuances described above. Moreover, I do not recommend coming here with children. If you have a car, you can safely stop here, it will be more convenient.
UPD for the administration: we rested at your hotel from September 18 to September 24, in room #102. I will not write my full name here, sorry.

Thank you very much to the Bruni Loft Hotel for the hospitality. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days, we really liked it. Delicious breakfasts, very friendly staff.
Delicious Oriental coffee is brewed at the reception!!!!
Every day our rooms were cleaned and our towels were changed.
The beach is a minute walk away.
The hotel provides sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. There are also beach towels, which is very convenient. The sea is clear. Since the beach is located near three small hotels, there are few people. There's plenty of room for everyone.

New, 23 years old, small, cozy hotel, cleanliness, order, polite staff, delicious breakfasts, 50 meters to the sea, its own sun loungers, restaurants within walking distance, close to the border. Special thanks to the administrator, Dana, for the delicious coffee. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday! A small minus, the TV does not show well, and the Wi-Fi in the room does not work well, well, this is so if there is nothing to do in the evening)

A cool hotel , close to the sea , delicious breakfasts , courteous staff , cleaning every day, the hotel is at the highest level, stylish rooms, comfortable beds.There are sun beds and umbrellas at the sea , you can order delicious cocktails at the bar, we are happy that we rested here . The only thing I would add is some kind of area for children outside , maybe a mini playground or just a territory where to play ball , but I think everything is ahead .

We had a vacation with a girl in October 2023.
Of the advantages:
-modern appearance of the hotel,
-there is a heated swimming pool from a nearby hotel,
-the beach and the sea are a minute's walk away,
- there are breakfasts,
-the appearance of the rooms,
-10 minutes by car from the border
What didn't you like:
-the lack of a generator, electricity and water were turned off stably every day, both at night and in the morning, (fortunately we were not there in the afternoon), the noise is terrible.
- In general, audibility. The walls are thin, you can hear people talking outside the room if the neighbors have air conditioning - even with the door closed, it is impossible to sleep from the noise.
-There were not enough appliances for breakfast, there was no water in the boiler (coffee/tea), water was not put in the room
-cleaning is taking out garbage and changing towels, you need to fill the duvet covers yourself.
- the pool is small and there are often a lot of people there, if there are also children, you will not be able to swim, everyone comes to swim, not only from the hotel
- The owners arranged sabantui, gathered in the lobby, moved tables and celebrated someone's anniversary, a lot of local cars came. I think this is unacceptable for a 4* hotel. There are restaurants for personal feasts.
- And there are no restaurants nearby. If you don't have a car, it's bad. There will be nowhere to eat. We went to Gagra
- on the 2nd floor, Wi-Fi does not take in the rooms, or it is very bad.

Vacation in August 2023. Since I rate the hotel itself, it is undoubtedly 5. All promises and demands were monitored and fulfilled in strict accordance. Always clean, delicious breakfasts, help and responsiveness, transfer. And there were no more questions. But as for the village in general... Unfortunately, the lights in the village are sometimes turned off when for 5 minutes, when for 5 hours, and the generators turn on...((loudly, I admit. And you can, of course, close the windows, but .. this hotel does not have its own generator and the air conditioners do not work in this situation...((therefore, turning off the light at night is a completely exhausting thing) well, there is no water with the light off either. This is the only and main disadvantage of this village and hotels without generators. In all other respects, I am very happy to live in Bruni💕 the sea is clean and very close, two steps from the hotel, there is a shop with a reception of Russian cards, there are cafes and canteens nearby (we liked the restaurant in the art hotel nearby, the sail is simpler) , beautiful nature, boat trips and a couple more times we saw dolphins☺️☺️☺️ beautiful room, beautiful terrace-balcony, everything is new and working properly. We are sincerely delighted with the hotel itself and have never regretted the choice. Thank you, Bruni!!🥰🥰🥰

A great new hotel. Helpful staff, excellent breakfasts, only coffee from the coffee machine was missing, it was instant. Water and electricity were often lost, but this is a problem in the region. Stock up on water in an emergency, my sister was left with a soapy face one day. The pool is from a nearby hotel. Big, nice, but a lot of people. The pool is poorly monitored. They've never cleaned it, there's a lot of sand at the bottom, and there's hair in the water. There are a lot of outsiders, the pool is freely accessible, only "their own" swims are poorly monitored. The employee sleeps in a hammock all the time. There were enough sun beds, they were normal, not broken. There were no umbrellas, we had to sit under the trees on the lawn, although there are signs everywhere that this is prohibited.

We have been vacationing at the Bruni Loft Hotel since July 10, 2023 for 10 days with my husband and daughter. Since this was our first vacation in Abkhazia, we carefully chose the hotel. The main criteria for us were novelty, cleanliness and comfort. We did not regret at all that we chose this particular hotel. And we appreciated his services even before we checked in. We have problems with the transfer of the tour operator from Sochi airport. We waited for 2 hours and eventually started calling the hotel. We were gladly helped and met at the border. (We took a taxi to the border, it's not far there). Thanks to our friendly driver, unfortunately, we did not ask his name. I was also pleased with the welcome cold champagne in the room. After waiting at the airport, this is another +1 star for the hotel.
I liked the varied breakfasts. The fastidious daughter appreciated them. There was not enough real coffee for me, they offered only instant coffee. The hotel does not have its own kitchen, there are no lunches and dinners, but it's not scary, you can eat at any hotel in the neighborhood or in a cafe, there are decent canteens, it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk.
I want to say separately about the beach. Sun beds and umbrellas belong to the hotel, you can find a place at any time. The beach is pebbly (be sure to buy special slippers, they are sold in any local store). The water is clean, it does not bloom. At some points at lunchtime and in the evenings, my family and I were alone on the beach, it was just beautiful.
The hotel does not have its own swimming pool yet, they promised to do it by next season. You can go to the pool of the neighboring hotel. He's so-so. Big, but cloudy. You can swim, but without getting high.
We stayed in a two-room room, overlooking the sea and the pool. The view is gorgeous.
The room is cleaned every day. Towels and bed linen were changed.
Many thanks to the girls from the reception. They helped to call a taxi to Gagra, advised delicious cafes. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a rest with a friend and children from 25.06 to 7.07.23. For the first time I did not want to leave! It was a wonderful stay in the best hotel in Abkhazia)) upon arrival, I was inundated with questions about where I was, what the name of the hotel is, etc. The hotel is very stylish, on the very shore of the purest sea. My friend and I got a gorgeous 2-room suite, with a huge balcony that could be accessed from both rooms. The balcony has a lovely view of the sea and the pool. We spent many emotional evenings on this balcony)
Everything in the room is designed in the loft style, excellent velour furniture. We had air conditioning and TV in every room. The children often watched the carousel channel) .
The lovely Bruni complimented me on the other in the form of a bottle of Italian sparkling wine. It was very pleasant. The hotel staff is very helpful, cleaning the room, changing towels on demand and on schedule). At the hotel, we were fed hearty breakfasts, there was always something to eat and where to sit. We had lunch in the neighboring Greenlandic, where it was delicious, but the service was lame...on both legs.
The hotel always has water in the cooler, a kettle and cups in the room.
The beach is a minute's walk away, clean and equipped, the staff is watching.
The children had a great time on the playground of the neighboring hotel and in the pool, the children were happy.
This hotel with its locations and conditions is perfect for a family holiday. The magnificent Bruni!

Good afternoon! We had a rest with my husband, in early October. We were unlucky with the weather. Rains and storms. What to say about the hotel: new, clean. But there is no restaurant of its own, there are only breakfasts that are brought from the restaurant. We went to a nearby hotel for lunch and dinner. Which is not very convenient. There is a shop and a pharmacy nearby. There is no territory, there is nowhere to walk. There is no entertainment. On the seashore, a huge number of dogs, hungry, they are kind, affectionate. But when the barking starts at night, everything is amicable, then it is impossible to sleep. So, going for a walk along the road is also not very pleasant., there are no paths, it's dirty. So everything would be fine. We wish the hotel prosperity, and to finish everything they have planned.

The hotel is good if you take a standard room, you should not overpay for a suite, or all the disadvantages that I will describe need to be written into the contract so that the hotel has legal responsibility to you, if it does not exist, then this is Russian roulette, I would not like to play it when you pay as much as they ask.

- a hearty breakfast and a varied breakfast, it is always worth taking in order not to worry about where to eat in the morning.
- not worn furniture, nice to use.
- new renovation, everything is stylish, it brings pleasure.
- close to the sea, its own sun beds, it's convenient.
- friendly and trained staff, it is always nice to be where you see happy faces.
Cons, I do not attribute cons to standard numbers.
- when you pay for a luxury room, you expect that everyone will have the same suite, the price is the same for everyone, but no, in this hotel, as luck would have it, some have gorgeous views, some have balconies of 8 meters and are also closer to the sea, and we have a view of the roof of another hotel for the same money with a balcony of 4 meters.

- there is a TV in every room, but this is nominally, since there are no normal channels on it, well, God forbid that smart TV would be to watch something over the Internet, there are days of bad weather and you will not leave the room, I would like the TV to be normal.
- again, in our suite, right above the door to the balcony there is our and the neighbor's air conditioner, and if you decided to listen to the sea at night and he decided to turn on the air conditioner, then you will be blown away by the noise, by the way, he has the door to the balcony on one side and the air conditioner is completely on the other, on ours.
I understand that everything has its own explanation and its own reasons, including technical ones, but if I were warned about them or told that there is a luxury more expensive or cheaper, there is no problem, but this did not happen, just before the fact.
In any case, the hotel management and staff are trying to see this, I think they will find solutions.
However, the rest does not consist only of the hotel. The sea and nature have fulfilled their task by 70%, the minimum level of the paid suite room has also invested their 15%, so come to Abkhazia there is something to see here, but only once)))

We had a vacation with my husband and child in early June at this wonderful hotel! The hotel is brand new, and not typical in design for Abkhazia. And this is not our first vacation in this country. The hotel itself is clean, and comfortable, and yes, very stylish, photos on social networks will cause great delight! The breakfasts are varied and delicious, the sea is close, the beach is large, spacious and clean, sun beds and umbrellas are provided! The staff is very friendly and helpful, always understanding. Cleaning is daily, which can not but please, to return from the sea to a clean room!
I recommend staying at this hotel! 5 out of 5!
