The market is good, small. Entrepreneurs try their best: the assortment is good, the quality of the goods is satisfactory. On certain days, a " sale" arrives. There are very, very bad roads around the market. Inside the market, the road surface is destroyed or just filled with slag. Hence the dirt and dust.
