I went in on 01/26/2020 to open a card for online payments in Russian rubles. I went to the consultant , they said go to the hall for individuals. take the ticket and wait. I went in and took a ticket, a girl was sitting without clients, I asked if I could come to you, she said if you have a ticket to me, then you can. after waiting for 10 minutes, some guy came in , took a ticket and immediately sat down with the young lady without queuing , well, she started to decide something with him , WITHOUT QUEUING, the scoreboard does not work when announcing the queue number, it is unclear where to go when the queue comes , as a result, after sitting for 30 minutes, I crumpled this damn ticket and left. The BANK is the name so that the reception of visitors is carried out by one girl , it's just a hole, a golem exchanger.
Periodically, there is no one at the entrance and in order to find out the information you need to wait for your turn at the checkout. There is often a rather long queue, all the ticket offices never work at the same time, usually 2-3 and you have to wait a long time.
