And after updating the mobile application, the codes must be entered manually - they are not inserted automatically and if you need to sign a bunch of documents, then this is a service from the bank... We contacted, sought support and asked for help, but there is no case there - it is much more convenient to blame the client himself.
How can you fire off a business client with his request to help deal with a banal issue for a specialist that he can solve in a minute?
We already parted with this bank once, and after 6 years we gave it a second chance, but I'm not sure that it's necessary anymore.
