BSB Bank is distinguished by its politeness and excellent interior. To be honest, I would like to mention S.A. Radionova, whom I have never encountered, is always extremely friendly and mega professional. And of course, I have LLC, high service for legal entities!!! Py.sy. Nothing personal🙂

This is, I emphasize, the most disgusting branch of the BSB. The place is quite crowded, there are a lot of tourists. At the same time, 1-2 cash desks work on a one-time basis, very slowly. And at the same time there are 2 people sitting at the reception (why?). Several times they issued banknotes (currency), which were then not accepted back, citing stains or some other defect.

It is impossible to buy currency at the "best exchange rates". There is simply no currency. Although they will say on the phone that everything is there, of course, come. In 6 minutes while driving from one BSB bank branch to another, the currency ran out.
