I am serviced both as a legal entity and as an individual.. I'm happy with everything. competent, friendly staff. A small hall.. a maximum of 15 people.. but this is at the peak.. sometimes I'm the only one of the clients who comes in).. If there was a reason, I would come more often..

There were only 4 people in front of me, when my turn came, 3 more people were transferred out of turn with transfers who came after me... This is the first and last time I've been to this bank on Matusevich. The friendliness and benevolence of the staff is excellent, but when you need to quickly exchange currency, you already need it.

I was a customer of this bank once before. Not this branch, but the bank. I don't remember why we broke up anymore, but life made me come back.
As a result, I liked the service, the electronic queue does not surprise anyone today, but sometimes it does not help either.
The staff is friendly and understands the current problems in the market.
The card was issued in 3 days. And yes, it works fine with foreign subscriptions, unlike the deceased Alfabank. There is a separate sadness for him. Somehow I got used to it.
In general, I recommend it.
