I would like to wish Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the BSMP Neurosurgery Department under the leadership of the wonderful Dr. Viktor Stepanovich Shkodik! Wonderful staff, friendly atmosphere, highly qualified neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, responsive nurses. Special thanks to the extraordinary neurosurgeon Dmitry Petrovich Veevnik. A doctor who immediately inspires trust and justifies it. He said I would walk without sticks, and I still walk without sticks! Thank you so much for your patience, for your professionalism, and for your dedication to such a difficult job. You're a very cool doctor. Thank you for being here. With great respect to everyone, Lyudmila Kucheruk.
Dear BSMP staff!
From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire staff of your hospital for their professionalism, sensitivity and invaluable assistance in the rescue and treatment of my mother Elena Evgenievna Morozova in early July 2024.
Thank you for your high level of professionalism, prompt and correct actions, care and attention shown to our family during this difficult period. Thanks to your hard work and dedication, Elena Evgenievna was able to receive the necessary treatment and support, which restored her health and strength.
On the eve of the New Year, my whole family wishes you good health, warmth, and success in your noble and difficult work. May 2025 bring you only joy from professional successes, new victories and achievements, good health, inexhaustible energy, kindness, peace and prosperity. May the coming year be successful and fruitful, filled with positive events and good deeds. THANK you SO MUCH for making the world a better place by giving people back health and hope!
With great respect and gratitude, the Morozov family.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dr. D.R. Shaidakov, who performed my first surgical operation on 04/03/2025 at the BSMP in Minsk. Thank you for responding to my condition quickly and immediately taking me to the surgery. We did well. I feel good! Thank you very much and good health to you.
I also want to thank nurse Lydia Nikolaevna Berezhnaya for treating us with care and kindness, and Tatyana Nikolaevna Zhelnerovskaya for her beautiful smile and the mood she gives people during bandaging - it's much better to recover in the hospital with you. Thanks!!
To my great regret, I have never been to this admission department. It's the worst hospital I've ever been to. If the doctor decides to put you in the hospital, then unfortunately you do not get into the ward, as it happens in any other hospital, you are put in some kind of dispenser. This is a huge large ward, divided by a small partition that divides the ward into men's and women's rooms. All the drunks in the city are being taken to this distributor. And here you are all night in a place with screaming, smelly, vomiting alcoholics in a room where the lights are constantly on, as there is also a post of nurses on duty. There is one toilet in the hallway, small and always cramped. If you got there unprepared, then do not expect that they will help you in any way, they will not give you a glass of water, it has been checked. You can only try to drink from the tap in the toilet. I had to make a scene with the last of my strength, I was lying under ivs, so that they would take the things that my son brought. I got home from work and was lying in my outerwear and boots. And no matter how much time you get into this distributor, you will wait for the next morning's bypass. I even saw people being taken away for operations, such as appendicitis removal, and brought back to this dispenser, there is no question of resting or sleeping. Your roommates give you concerts all night, plus the lights are on and the nurses are talking under your breath. And in such a hell, you're waiting like manna for the morning to finally be assigned to some ward and lifted up. and one more thing if you got there at the beginning of the day, you spent the whole day there and they don't feed you all night. They will start feeding you only when you are taken to the ward and only soup is offered for lunch. We didn't count on you, even though you've been in this hospital for a long time. I tried to count, I've been to this admissions office probably eight times. Sometimes I beg the ambulance not to take me there, if possible.
I would like to express my gratitude to the Department of Urology at BSMP!
And a special low bow to the head of the department, Gennady Alexandrovich Shchetko! In the emergency room, they spent a long time finding out what was wrong with me and why the temperature was 40. They did all the ultrasound examinations, the urologist on duty came and even with a bad ultrasound (the kidney pelvis was dilated) he was going to send me home. And then the manager came down.... And everything fell into place-quickly the diagnosis, hospitalization, surgery-after which it immediately became easier... I'm always afraid of everything in medicine, I panic, but this doctor from God is as understanding as possible, explains everything, calms down. I got back on my feet in 4 days!!!! All the nurses in the department have golden hands, caring, attentive, they will always come and check. Well, I haven't met anyone like that yet.... Thank you
My life was saved here, many thanks to Viktor Stanislavovich Shkodik for the operation, Andrey Vladimirovich Bagel for the treatment, Evgeny Valentinovich Gabrinevsky for the cosmetic plastic surgery of the skull with a plate! Not only professionals, but also people with a capital letter! Special thanks to the staff of the intensive care unit and the neurosurgical department! Despite the unpleasant story that happened to me, only good and warm memories remain from the hospital!
On December 8, 2024, my sister, Makarevich Lyubov Alekseevna, was admitted to the hospital with incipient pulmonary edema. She asked me to write a review. That's why I'm writing on her behalf, and she's right next to me. In the emergency department, the doctors treated her well, quickly and promptly sent her to the intensive care unit of the cardiology department (3rd floor). I ended up in Matyukevich's room with Yanina Vladimirovna. Besides being a wonderful doctor, he's also a wonderful person. Attentive, empathetic, knowledgeable. I lifted her up and brought her out of the "vegetable" state. She was admitted to the intensive care unit on the 4th day after her discharge from the BMP, where she spent more than a month, for some reason the treatment did not benefit in the cardiology department. She came home, as they say - NO ONE! And then, Yanina Vladimirovna, she chose the right medications and pulled her out, as they say, "from the other world." We would like to express our gratitude to Yanina Vladimirovna Matyukevich, the doctor, Annushka, the nurse (we don't know her last name), the ward nurses, and the food distributors who did not let us starve to death). Thank you so much for their kindness, sensitivity and care, and for the cleanliness of the ward...And we also want to thank Marina Leonidovna Bespalova, the head of the department, because everything comes from the head! Happy New Year and Merry Christmas to everyone! I bow low to you, people in white coats.
Good afternoon! I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Doctor of the emergency Department of Traumatology: Ilya Anatolyevich Smekhovsky!!! And also honey for my brother!(unfortunately I didn't remember the name) Contacted on 03/13/2025, 20:00. She was injured in everyday life, incised wounds! Ilya Anatolyevich, he sewed everything up carefully, calmed me down and at the same time provided very professional help! I liked the non-linear approach to work! Responsiveness and humanity! With his light hand, I feel that everything will heal soon! Only one disadvantage: there are no pink threads)))
I would like to express my gratitude to the medical staff of the 2nd cardiology department. A wonderful cardiologist, Vita Valeryevna Slesarenko. This is a talented doctor from God with golden hands and a warm heart! She is a kind, sympathetic and compassionate person!
Wonderful doctors, urologist Dmitry Gennadievich Yemelyanov and oncologist S.V. Tsigel! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your work! Thank you for deciding to choose this difficult profession and devote yourself to an important cause! Thank you for your responsiveness, for the treatment, for the medical ethics and professionalism in your business! You are not only good doctors, but also wonderful people, kind, sympathetic and able to sympathize with people! May God grant you and your loved ones good health!
I rarely write reviews and did not think that this was possible in our hospitals, because previously there was only a positive experience and the whole family of doctors, but there is only one star for the doctor who took me with a cut finger. The guy who sewed it up didn't want to sew it up when he was told to sew, he did it very roughly, obviously he did it as painfully as possible! He sewed it up and began to raise his hand by the thread so that the nurse would cut it off. Dear doctors, if you have experienced burnout, go on vacation or into another profession, but I have never seen such a disgusting attitude towards people anywhere!
They helped twice, the first time I found myself with a fracture in the lumbar spine, they promptly took a picture, the doctor showed it on the computer, explained what was broken and how)) They prescribed medications and gave recommendations.
The second time I came with a broken finger with blood, but I went into the wrong case, they washed it anyway, treated it, bandaged it. They were sent to the right department, and a cast was put on there.
In general, as quickly and professionally as possible.
A very good hospital, there are enough places to park a car, pharmacies, a buffet, shops, coffee machines and vending machines with drinks on site. I was very pleased that smoking is prohibited on the territory of the hospital. And most importantly, doctors are very good-natured and skilled in their work. Thank you very much, especially the neurological department on the second floor of a five-storey building
He was treated in December with severe intestinal bloating and cramps. The emergency department immediately sent me for tests, and then conducted an initial examination. The problem was immediately identified and sent to the general ward.
With the help of enemas, I managed to get rid of the obstruction, the next day I was transferred to a 4-bed ward, all this time I was surrounded by professional doctors and nurses who prompted and helped.
The attention of the staff, the food, the professionalism of the doctors 10/10.
I am very glad that I was there when I needed help.
It's a good place. Yes, we'll have to wait, but it's the same everywhere. Excellent specialists work in the reception department - they will tell you everything and chew it up, even for ignoramuses like me. All examinations will be done promptly. I didn't get further than the emergency room, but my impressions were still positive.
Today, an ambulance brought him to the emergency room with a fever and suspected pyelonephritis. Not only was I tortured for a long time, but they couldn't measure my temperature properly. According to their thermometer 36:7 and 37:1. After that, I was sent to the clinic and now I'm lying at home with a temperature of 40:1 and which does not fall! I'm already afraid to call an ambulance, that's the kind of medicine we have
The terrible attitude of the doctors on duty
I had a fracture at a later time, everything was fine
In the evening after the accident, I sat waiting for an examination for two hours in a room with a sick coughing woman, it was difficult to breathe because of the sharp unpleasant odors of all possible female secretions
There was a suspicion of a fracture of the sternum, they did not send a picture
I had to go to the district hospital
Everything is fine- my wife received first aid. But here's the thing-while I was waiting near the traumatologist's office, I observed an interesting picture. There was a woman in a wheelchair in the hallway. With a broken arm, as I understand it. And accompanied by another woman. The victim asked for an injection of an anesthetic, she was given one. And a dialogue arose between the traumatologist and the woman-how she would go home. The doctor takes out a business card of the medical transportation service from his pocket and gives it to the attendant-they say, call them-they will take you. How much does this service (which has nothing to do with medicine, but only paints its cars in the style of an ambulance and dresses employees in a uniform almost identical to the uniform of the employees of the joint venture) to the doctor for recommending them with such diligence?
When we become rich enough to put benches in the waiting room in sufficient quantity. How many times do you come, you stand for 3 hours propping up the walls with back pain. Why our man must necessarily suffer wherever he goes. There are people with children and old people. It's a shame.
Not so long ago I was in the BSMP and what I want to say... 2 surgical department-one love❤ Competent, competent and very friendly specialists work there. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care. Doctor Eremin V. L. is very positive, explains everything very clearly. The nurses are good, conscientious) The nurses too, especially Andrey) And, of course, special thanks and my great respect to the head of this department. Brashevets Dmitry Nikolaevich🔥He is a very responsible, attentive, just a wonderful doctor with golden hands, a true professional in his field, a very pleasant person and in general my savior😊Thank him for everything😉
Of course, it's better not to go to the hospital, but if you had to, then only to such specialists.
I spent almost 2 morally very difficult months in this department and, probably, thanks to the kindness and care of the staff, everything went somehow more comfortably, or something ...
Good health to everyone!)
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the neurologist of the Minsk Emergency Hospital, Olga Yurievna Shirokaya, who examined my father with a preliminary diagnosis of Stroke on 10/19/2024 in the emergency department. Thank you so much for the invaluable, professional help. Impeccable attention to the patient, tact towards relatives, amazing self-control, mastery of the situation, impeccable professionalism! Clear actions, quick response. In such situations, you realize that it is impossible to become a doctor, they need to be born! I bow low to you, you saved a man's life! We are petitioning for financial encouragement from Olga Yurievna Shirokaya.
We went to the emergency department with a hand injury, were rude at the reception desk and sent to the doctor. The doctor refused to take you, rudely informed you that you would be served at the Russian National Research Center for Traumatology and Orthopedics, while he had no people at the reception.
My father was brought in with vomiting, severe abdominal pain (disabled 1 gr)The doctor, in the emergency room, without feeling, without looking, gave out:It's prostatitis!!!As a result, three hours of tests, urologist, X-ray, ultrasound and no one!!!!!I didn't find anything. The pain was such that he could no longer stand up.They took her to the department, the doctor said that most likely an operation was needed, but the doctor on duty would do it, because her shift ends in an hour.He lay there for three more hours..As a result, they were taken away for surgery. After that, go to the intensive care unit.Result: intestinal necrosis, part of it was removed. The question is, if a person had not been tortured for 6 hours, but had been correctly diagnosed (three doctors!!!!! they couldn't do it, maybe there wouldn't be such consequences. How can prostatitis be diagnosed with such symptoms?
I arrived with a suspected concussion late in the evening - everything was checked, quickly, politely, only waiting for an X-ray for a long time, but it's understandable, there are a lot of people. Thank you very much
I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the hospital, whom I was lucky enough to contact in this hospital. I started with the emergency room, which I entered by ambulance on January 26, 2024. Special thanks to the staff of the 2nd surgical department, headed by Dmitry Nikolaevich Brashchevets, a wonderful surgeon with golden hands. I am grateful to the ward doctor Melnikova Maria Vladimirovna for her responsive and kind heart. The special professional atmosphere in the department and the caring attitude of all medical staff towards patients made the time of my stay in the hospital in connection with the operation to remove the gallbladder not painful. I would like to note that during my stay in the 2nd surgical department, I underwent all the studies and analyzes for the operation and for a safe discharge.
A huge human thank you to everyone!
Sincerely, Kachalova Galina Anatolyevna.
2nd CARDIOLOGY-the 12th floor of this hospital is a TORTURE ward. My (elderly) sister got there in June 2024. A day later, her arms were shoulder-deep in bruises from the "skillful" hands of the nurses. The nurse who was called did not answer the questions asked, but the doctor who was called said that this happens. I bought ointments for hematomas and went to smear myself. And they added these hematomas. Why not put a catheter for ivs, and not mock a person if there are no specialists. Once, a guy of oriental appearance came to give out medicines with me, but he couldn't read the names in Russian, so he had to help. What else was going on here that I didn't see - I'm afraid to even imagine. When my sister had back pain from sitting in one position for a long time (due to difficulty breathing), no one came up to her for half a day of moaning and screaming. When I arrived, she was shaking with pain, and only at my request was she anesthetized. The patients on the ward said it was useless to scream, there were either no nurses on duty or they did not want to approach. In general, I went there every day as for work, so that the urine collector was changed, so that the bed was changed, since nurses do not come there every day, and the medical staff does not care about anyone. The treatment did not help, the doctor refused to transfer him to the intensive care unit. She also said that there could be no question of discharge. The result is that I brought a person with a problem there, but walking, and a month later I took the body. Nobody explained exactly what happened.
We got to the emergency department with an elderly mother, she had a crisis, and we waited a long time for a doctor. The woman was sick , but no one came up during the waiting time .
Admission department: I cannot disagree with the fact that they pay more attention and priority to alcoholics and homeless people here, they offer them hospitalization. For people who do not belong to such segments of the population, the attention is terrible!!! Urology: a separate type of hell. Cockroaches in the wards, nurses and nurses respond viciously and defiantly to calls to clarify the patient's condition!!! It is difficult to judge by the treatment... It definitely didn't get any better. There was a controversial moment when the diagnosis was made... well, God is their judge. Blood was taken from the vein so that air got into the lungs. Then intensive care. In short, they brought at least a little more walking, they took it away from the morgue a couple of weeks later. As it is.
The best hospital in the city, equipped with good equipment. I was lying 3 times, I was in intensive care, the doctors are professionals, they work efficiently and selflessly, they pulled me out of the world. I bow low to them.
But if you look at the little things, then the notorious human factor, as everywhere else, is always present.
Many thanks to the medical staff.Quickly, clearly, politely.I applied twice and both times without complaints.Have you seen so much there? God grant the doctors patience. They come inadequate, drunk, with a binge. They're driving, they're pumping their rights. And doctors should be distracted by such idiots when there is a really serious condition lying on a cart next to them.
The man was admitted to the BSMP on May 12 with heart problems to the cardiology department, but a week later he was in intensive care, another day on a ventilator and then he was gone on 2-06-2024. Doctors could not give any predictions, they were fed with promises, no one showed the epicrisis of the disease to anyone. Moreover, when a person had a clinical death, the doctors reported only on the next day, and not on the day when it happened!!!On the last day, the husband went to visit his brother, but he was no longer allowed to approach him, the doctor on duty answered her husband's question, what are the forecasts and what next, what tomorrow??? - TOMORROW MAY NOT BE, no more information has been received!!! That evening, at 23:09, they called and said that my brother was gone. He was only 38 years old.
I thank the doctors, it is not very easy for them to do without any medicines that are not available now, but they are doing everything possible and we must appreciate it. Do not leave and treat your people. My mother was lying there, there were no questions, my brother was lying with a skin transplant, not everything worked out, but the doctors tried. We must always remain human in everything. Thanks to the doctors from God who are in their place.
I would put 0 stars if it were possible. My husband is vomiting, and 2 hours after eating undigested food. Constipation. An ambulance was called. I passed tests in the hospital, had an ultrasound and X-ray. He was examined by a surgeon and a therapist. They said there was nothing in their line. They sent me home.
We signed up for a PROBE (registration in paid clinics for several weeks in advance. And even in LODE)
After another 2 weeks, an ambulance was called because the condition worsened. Endless vomiting, which became more frequent. The doctor in the ambulance said that they would not help him in any way and would simply send him back home. And so it happened. Again, not their profile. During this time, my husband lost about 10 kg.
Today it's finally the turn of the PROBE. It turned out that he had a duodenal ulcer.
So I understand that there are no doctors in the emergency hospital except for the surgeon and the therapist? How many cases do people die with ulcers? And here... We have been contacted 2 times ... No help was given from the word at all.
I asked the doctor why you don't let me swallow the probe urgently? They replied, the PROBE is only planned. Fuck how things have changed. People used to be treated, but now they follow the instructions.
I got into BSMP for the first time.I want to express my gratitude to all the staff of the hospital!!This is not a TV series, it's a hell of a job!And that's really who needs to pay a good salary!!!People who leave their bedridden relatives do not need to think that they should keep an eye on your patient!Hire a nurse or sit by yourself! Even those who are walking and are with your family in the ward should not do this!! The attitude of the staff, even to complete alcoholics, is simply amazing!Respect and low bow!!!Special thanks to the surgical department on the 7th floor!!
Normal access to the reception area, free Parking, cultured and polite staff, starting with a certificate, ending with a representative of the security service. They told us everything in detail and showed us where to go. The doctors promptly provided the necessary assistance, for which they are especially grateful. It is clear that everyone's situations are different, but it must be understood that almost everyone working here faithfully performs their duties and helps patients and their loved ones to spend time with maximum comfort. On the ground floor there is a vending machine with shoe covers and free toilets for visitors. And there are enough places to sit down if you need to wait in line.
Huge gratitude and immense respect to the doctors! We are very pleasantly surprised by the caring attitude and responsibility, all employees are polite and will tell you if anything - and this despite working in such a difficult mode. They work clearly and smoothly. Thank you for your hard work and attitude to work, I hope doctors know how grateful people are to them!
I came to this hospital today with a severe headache. After sitting for 2.5 hours (1.5 after CT and X-ray), I asked when they would come to me, to which they replied, "when I decide, then I will come, and now sit if you don't like it, go home." She came in with a headache and left with a headache. Coming home (I live nearby) They called me and asked me why I left. I replied that I had not waited for help in the ambulance. I was told that I had a row, so they refused to help me. I advised them to watch the camera video before blaming the patients. I think I'm not the first and I won't be the last. If they behave like this, do these video cameras work
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the cardiologist Korshak Alexandra Olegovna for the medical care and treatment provided. A very attentive, competent specialist, a true professional.
I picked up my mom from 3 cardiology 4 days ago. I was like a vegetable , I didn't understand anything. It's not clear what they're being fed. But thank God she's gone. What kind of outrage is this?
Many thanks to all the doctors of the BSMP and low bow for their work, patience, professionalism! They will always provide assistance, do all the examinations if necessary! Of course, with such an "influx" of people in need of help, sometimes you have to wait, not without it, but they will not leave you without help! Thanks again! And of course, I wish we all had better not get there, but be healthy!
3 Surgical department, wonderful, professional staff, attentive to patients, and a varied diet. Of course, good health to all and many thanks to the hospital staff!
A large city hospital. Excellent doctors, attentive, friendly. Everything is done efficiently and promptly. There were no questions about how many times I had to visit.
Katya is out of five, but there are always a lot of drunks at the reception point, and it smells unpleasant. Thank you very much to the doctors who work there and tolerate all this!!! huge respect. Once, about five years ago, I was saved from third-degree burns
I bow low to the doctors and staff for their work. A sensitive attitude. Professional doctors. Special thanks to the Department of the NSR. Andrey Leonidovich, you are a professional in your field and just a good person!
We provided help - thank you very much. But the behavior of the medical staff wants the best. There are no questions about the work of doctors. But it turns out that if you are sober, calm, and not scandalous, then you will sit for a long time....
Politely, quickly, without hassle. There are not enough pointers, but the staff will always tell you. On the ground floor there is a pharmacy, medical equipment (bandages), a kiosk with household items (if you forgot or could not take it with you); you can buy a snack or coffee
