A good stadium with a high-quality surface. The changing rooms are also on the level, there is a shower and plenty of space. And football coaches are generally world men!

It's a good stadium. It is usually accessible to the townspeople. The BNTU could update it a bit, for example, to make a normal basketball court with a good surface, and not with terrible asphalt.
