I called the store to pick up the car and return the money, since a deliberately faulty car was sold to me.They offered to repair this car or replace it with a new one.I refused.The question is that the product was obviously defective and no one warned me.How do they do the pre-sale inspection and preparation? They refused to return the full amount, but bought the car from me at the price they buy from the public.And they took payment for the delivery. That's how the store works.

The consultant assured all day that the ordered goods would be delivered within a day. I called the consultant three times ( the first time for an order , the second two hours later , the third two hours later ) , when I called the third time I got to voicemail ( although the consultant called back after a while , thinking that this was a new customer and asked what exactly I was interested in ) .
When the consultant realized that it was me again , he said that unfortunately they would not be able to deliver today ( I want to clarify that the main condition for the purchase was delivery on the same day ) .
When asked why the consultant assured me all day that the order would be delivered on time , and when it became clear that this would not work , he did not even bother to call , he did not receive any answer . Just silence on the phone .
I do not advise anyone to contact this desk.
If the product is still delivered to you, then personally I would doubt the product of people who start working with the buyer with deception .
