For pedestrians, it's probably very good. It's fashionable to take a walk. But for drivers, this is fear. There is no place to find, they park that it is difficult to drive. And sometimes it is not possible to leave the parking lot because there are cars on the sides tightly and there is not enough inversion so as not to hook these very cars because there are more cars opposite along the road. If you have a very experienced driver outside, then I strongly advise you not to try to park your car there.
