We were here on 03/23/24. The girl who took the order was not very pleasant from the very beginning. I do not require this, of course, but when you want to clarify some of the menu items, and the employee, instead of a simple answer, also tries to mark the stupidity of your question with his whole appearance, it is unpleasant for him.
The order was not expected for too long, but it was a huge surprise when the ordered Mochi were brought to us upside down in a craft bag. I decided to check with the same girl if they can give us dishes, because eating from a bag in an institution is not very convenient, especially very strange. The girl replied that we did not specify whether we would be on the spot or with ourselves. In general, it is fair, but no one clarified this issue with us, the girl said that we should clarify it ourselves.
It would have at least some logic if there was nothing to compare it with. This, of course, is not the first institution that I visit, and not the first of its type. The employee usually clarifies whether to place an order with himself. And if this clarification did not follow, then by default they always do it on the spot.
If these rules are somehow different for you, make a sign or mark in the menu so as not to mislead customers, but rather clarify yourself.
There is not enough flour on the Mochi so that they do not stick together, the tea is delicious. The room is small, very cramped. The impression is completely negative.

I love this place for moti and bubble tea. Very tasty. There is a toy where you can cut yourself😄
However, there are a couple of nuances:
1. The girl at the checkout is as unfriendly as possible. The management should convey what the service sector is.
2. Baodzi are delicious, but it's generally inconvenient to eat. Maybe I don't understand something? A strange and uncomfortable pitch. The baodzas stick to the mesh and each other , everything crumbles
3. The sauces are very tasty, but it would be great if the containers extended, everything is greasy in oil.
4. There is no hood, it is very stuffy. If you don't open the door yourself, you can suffocate))
Or it was done on purpose so that they would not stay in the institution for a long time

Great Mochi, but the service could have been a little better. This cafe has a great Moti, bubble tea is normal (nothing special), but there was a girl at the checkout who obviously did not want to be there at that moment, and the atmosphere was not very hospitable. I recommend only Mochi.

Что могу сказать ,в этом месте оооочень вкусные чаи и различные азиатские блюда ,но данный отзыв адресован для прекрасного персонала ,который покорил моё сердечко. Очень милые и отзывчивые девушки всегда подсказывают что вкуснее и выгодней , особенно девушка ,имя которой к сожалению не запомнила (вроде Катя ) , работница из-за которой мне хочется каждый день приходить в ваше заведение с ещё большим удовольствием)

We ordered two mochi with strawberries and bubble tea. Mochi is gorgeous for its price, but bubble tea sucks, tapioca is tasteless, and the drink is just terrible, impossible to drink. The interior is good, the service is long. I'll only put one star for moti, the rest is disgusting

The second time I encounter disgusting service and the behavior of the girl at the checkout. I can't give you a name, because, like last time, the bar staff doesn't have badges. We made an order, after which the girl brings us a drink that we didn't order, after trying to figure out why, they tried to give us something we didn't buy with a haughty tone, in the end we didn't even get an apology, but only heard "now we'll redo it". Loud discussions of employees at the bar, communication of the cashier girl with her friends who were sitting at a table in the hall. The employees of this institution have not even heard about a banal greeting or farewell. Music is a separate moment here, I am not a picky person at this moment, but when you come to an institution with an Asian orientation, I would hardly like to hear something like "and I love the military", "accountant, my dear accountant". We visited this institution and were very disappointed.
They took 2 different types of dough, they had to be warm, but they turned out to be cool at best, almost the same taste, banal tea with milk (they didn't even finish it).
But the worst of all was the attitude of waitresses to Asian visitors.They were rude, joked among themselves over them, as if it was normal if they did not understand, answered condescendingly, with mockery.
Don't set foot there again.

the place doesn't even pull a C grade... I go there only for the sake of mochi, and then I'm not always lucky with the cook. the employees are not professionals, you can see right away. they laugh loudly, joke about customers, especially of other nationalities, and watch riles and other videos very loudly. Яндекс просит - пишу отзыв) купили детям два чая по 10р - и оба выкинули, потому что дети и пары глотков не осилили -чистая химия, а я половину от силы... еще какие то желе на дне типа рыбья икра с приторно неестественным вкусом... 4 звезды зажирно за такое чаепитие, но да может что другое там не такое ужасно противное. Только мы точно пробовать уже не будем. Недалеко за такую цену можно заказать шикарные фруктовые коктейли со льдом, что не оторваться от трубочки))

любимое кафе с молочным чаем🥰 из минусов разве что кому-то может быть тесно, но для меня это только плюс – уютно. В общем, интерьер приятный, классный игровой автомат, хорошая музыка и вкусные напитки, да и персонал - просто солнышки!!

Как-то утром зашла туда, все окна были запотевшие и было невозможно дышать. Попросила ДВА РАЗА девушку кассира открыть хотя бы дверь - пхй дым.
Уже несколько раз приходя до 13:00 тапиоки нет. Варят *о* а приходить пораньше и это делать - невозможно фо рил.
Очереди жуткие бывают, понимаю. Но работники постоянно путают заказы) постоянно что-то не пробивают, а человек потом недоумевает. В ответ ещё и цокают - топ.
Вкусно, но хамское и халатное отношение отбивает желание туда возвращаться.

4 анимешника из 4. Боевой бабл Ти , баоцизы или как их там , и пельмени, перепробовал половину меню баблов все зашли как дети в школу. Уверенная рекомендация. Персонал притяный , дружелюбный , и ещё смешной и милый китаец принес еду ))) мне очень нравится. О о о о ещё моти тоже боевые , но дорогие как за 1 шт.

Дружелюбный персонал и приятная атмосфера. Еду приносят быстро, меню в свою очередь очень большое для кафе и достаточно разнообразное. Много интересных и вкусных напитков. Есть бесплатный маленький игровой автомат)
