I applied for a glass replacement. It was done promptly (within a day, taking into account the fact that the glass was specially brought for replacement). Prices don't bite. Pleasant master Ilya explained everything, gave out an acceptance receipt when receiving the phone and an act of completed work upon completion (which is not done everywhere), and also just lifted the mood.
