Very tasty!!!! It's just awesome!!!! Insanely beautiful presentation of the first courses with accompanying sauces and crackers on wooden boards!!!! Huge portions of sorcerers!!!! They packed us in containers, as it was difficult to eat everything!!!! Very polite staff in costumes with national ornaments. Many thanks to the owner of the cafe, Shrub M., for the free tasting of his products!!!! Everything is super beautiful and very tasty!!!!! Prosperity to your company!!!! You are the best!!!!!!

We came to Tours for the weekend with friends, they immediately took us to Budzmo, because there are few establishments in the town, and this cafe is considered one of the best.
Overall, the impressions are positive: a pleasant interior, we admired the stained-glass windows for a long time, the food is delicious, like homemade, the portions are not small (some dishes can be chosen a larger and smaller portion), very tasty soups👍
We liked almost all the dishes that we tried, we missed with only one salad, but the waiter immediately warned that there was no ingredient, and they could either cook without it or replace the dish. The menu is varied, for every taste, even sometimes it was difficult to choose :))
All the waiters worked well, there was a full boarding on Saturday, many tables were booked in advance + the wedding, but the girls coped, the dishes were served quite quickly, they waited no more than 20 minutes.
I would especially like to mention the waiter Tatiana, she received us on the first evening, not in every cafe in Minsk you will find such friendliness and customer orientation👏

Minuses:
- mors is prepared for an hour, packaged mors is no good. Tinctures - a lot of alcohol and the taste of berries is too sweet, it's hard and unpleasant to drink, it's not a tincture. Dranik-the pizza is burnt. It is noticeable that the cook is not trying.
- Caesar salad is not Caesar at all. There was a napkin inside the salad and it was taken out of my mouth.
- administrator Victoria assured us that we had planted it, but she did not bring up the recordings from the cameras, only through the district administration.
- they asked us to put the rest of the food in a container, the receptionist just threw two containers on the table and left, no one even thought to help us collect the food.
- the service is disgusting, I called the waiter several times to remove the empty dishes and bring a new dish, I had to wait a very long time.
- the administrator was rude to us at every request and refused to work until the scheduled time, and 15 minutes before closing we were literally kicked out.
- we tried to do a disco late at night, but it was too loud, hot, and the music was terrible - some of the songs were good. They didn't want to open the windows, people were sweating, it was unpleasant.
Result:
It used to be much better, but now the guys are relaxed due to the lack of competitors. I do not recommend visiting this institution if you do not want to be as disappointed as my family.
