The buffet is very bad, especially externally, it seems like the flow of customers is large, the building is old and everything in the interior is too, there would be a modern renovation , but as in the USSR you get the atmosphere, and the assortment is small, as well as what to eat, and otherwise, it's good that there is normal coffee and tea!!!

The worst place, if you don't like it, go to another place. You can have a nice snack, drink tea or coffee, there are various ready-made dishes chicken, cutlets, etc.

I would like to have a modern buffet in the city at the hospital, there are similar cafes in the regional center. You can take a note. To have: A beautiful bright room, cozy tables, a good selection of products. The opportunity to drink coffee, tea, and have a snack. And here, it seems there is a choice, but the place is not very cozy.
