The place is good. However, the service has deteriorated. I came in the evening and made an order. There was no one else in the cafe but me. They asked me to wait. He sat down opposite. I'm sitting and waiting. After about five minutes, a woman comes up and makes the same order, but a smaller amount and they give her everything at once. After that, I come up and ask what my order is. The girl looks at me and asks, "What did you order?".........

I have been going to the Buffet since its opening, but unfortunately lately I feel less and less like coming here and taking guests. The service has deteriorated very much, you need to wait for your order for a very long time, and prices are rising and rising) it seems to me that if you raise prices, then invest in your staff and their development. Recently, there has not been a single time that I was not rude, did not "forget" that I asked NOT to insert a tube into my drink (today again), so that they would not refuse to make me 1 piece of pizza separately, sometimes they brought cold and tasteless food. I wouldn't be so upset if I didn't know how cool this place used to be. It was my favorite place, and it's a little painful to look at how it's changed over the years.
