Of the cons, the hotel is located by the road, it's a little noisy at night. There were 4 guests in the room, only 2 bathrobes), forget about the slippers, they are not there at all and even for a fee at the reception they are not there either. There are no mini personal hygiene kits either, you need to bring everything with you. It is not thought out at all in the bathroom, in the shower the water jet is directed at the joint of the doors, which do not close tightly, as a result, the floor is not just wet, there is a large puddle, it is not pleasant to walk completely on a wet, cold, slippery floor.

I didn't like it - a very soft mattress and a hard pillow - my neck gets numb overnight, I have to sleep without a pillow, my back does not unbend, but this is purely individual. I live in this hotel only when the Youth Room is packed to capacity.

With terrible-looking bedspreads, it looks like a hospital. We wanted to stay for a couple of days, but changed our minds. In the evening, we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, but it turned out that the kitchen was open until 21:30, despite the fact that the restaurant was open until 23:00, food could not be brought to the room. We managed to place an order. The food, by the way, was very tasty. But they added dessert to the receipt, which was not taken out. There are no waiters in the hall, in order to ask for something, I had to go to the next room for them. After reading the reviews about the shops and the fact that everything is empty after 10:00 and there is not even bread, I decided to check with the waitress if this is true. She assured me that they weren't, and it was just people who weren't happy with everything. We came for breakfast at 8:40, eggs, as the waiter told us: "there are no more and there won't be any more", there is also no black tea. Strange for a restaurant… After that, the "nedotels" passed Smolensk, where the rooms turned out to be cheaper and with very cool breakfasts, bathrobes, a sauna and a swimming pool, they were satisfied.

Compared with Minsk, Nesvizh, Pinsk (we took standard double rooms in 3/4-star hotels in the range of 150-220 rubles) this is the most miserable room for an inadequate price. A decent finish ends on the stairs with photos of celebrities. The rooms have furniture from the pioneer camp. It is impossible to get up from the creaking bed without hitting the high sides. The mattresses are sagging. The sheets are short, they don't turn up. Pillows are one name. WiFi is only available on the stairs. We haven't heard about the air conditioner here. There is no water, kettle, slippers. It is impossible to tear / crack / crush a package with the cheapest shower gel without a special tool. I chose it by rating on Yandex, do not repeat this mistake. Don't get fooled by the twisted reviews. Sort the reviews by rating "1", look at the photo to get an objective assessment of this misunderstanding.

Any comment, including on the quality of food, is perceived with resentment. The answer follows: if you don't like it, go somewhere else. And the food is really terrible. I will say more, it is not quite edible for Belarus. I accidentally saw the condition of the kitchen. The question arises - where is the hotel management looking? And where is the SES looking? At the same time, according to reviews, this problem has existed for a very long time. Why do hotel owners shoot themselves in the foot?

. There is a refrigerator in the room, a shower cabin in the bathroom, disposable sachets with soap and shampoo.
They asked for a kettle at the reception. The Wi-Fi is not working well. He only caught it in the hallway, but he didn't even see the net in my room.
We spent 2 nights . The very next day, towels were changed, sachets and toilet paper were added. thank you!

The room where I lived was located on the second floor, so they were doing repairs during the day, so it was impossible to work normally, and in the evening music started playing in the restaurant so that the bed shook, they called the reception and told me that I would not worry, the music was until 11.00.

The owner loves his hotel very much, it's obvious. There is even a room (museum) of V.S. Vysotsky. Everything is very old, but clean and well maintained. Price/quality. The numbers are just to roll the dice for the night. The rooms are very sad (wallpaper, decoration, engineering ... everything needs to be changed, of course) but you leave the room and everything changes.) The dining room is great.
