The room was nice, but the cleaning should be better. There was a thick layer of dust on the roof of the children's train bed. The location is very convenient, the train station, the park, Sovetskaya street with restaurants are all nearby. It is better not to take breakfast in the hotel restaurant, it is very monotonous, once a large group had breakfast in front of us, and we did not have enough food, although you pay for breakfast the night before so that they can calculate how much they need to cook /bring. When we asked if more food would be delivered, the waitress angrily mumbled something under her breath and slammed the door with her foot in my face. At the reception, the staff also did not answer my question, turning away and looking away and at each other. No one apologized or explained.
I will not stay in this hotel anymore.
And I don't recommend it to you!

A hotel with a history, a museum inside Vysotsky.Good repair,air conditioning,kettle,refrigerator.It is located next to the train station and a couple of km from the center.It is expensive, for this money you can rent a two-storey house with a swimming pool.

Reading the reviews of previous residents, they knew that there was a problem with breakfast, but they did not think that everything was so bad. In the morning, our group came down for breakfast at 7:20 a.m. - but it just wasn't there. They said that the cook did not come, the management did not answer the phone. Paid breakfasts and the cook did not come somehow does not fit into the norm. If there is such a problem, why declare this service. A good hotel and such a fat minus. Very sorry.

A very nice hotel with a history (in a good way) . The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, the location is excellent (near the railway and bus station). Nearby there is a cafe "Suitcase" Where you can have a tasty and relatively inexpensive meal.

The first impression of the hotel is not bad.But this is just dust in the eyes . You can spend the night. The location is convenient. Park,train station,shops. The hotel itself is clean.
The room was cleaned quickly and efficiently before entering (no comments).But there's a shower stall in the bathtub - you can't turn around.You turn on the shower, and water pours on top of you. The watering can of the shower is hanging out, it cannot be fixed. The rooms will be very hot in the heat.There are no air conditioners.There are no fans either. The Internet is terrible.
The girls at the registration desk are not very friendly. We had to leave for work a day earlier.They refused to return the money for the paid breakfast. If we return the money, then you must leave the hotel before 7.00, and not as it should be in all hotels before 12.00.
Do not pay for breakfast in advance.Try to have breakfast once, and decide whether it's worth eating there further.
Kitchen...you can write a lot...and unfortunately a bad one...I couldn't even imagine that..
There is no drinking water in the rooms or on the floors. And you won't find her in the dining room.

The design of the rooms and halls is terrible, cheap, outdated. But you can 't spoil the Bug with this . It justifies its price by 100%. The standard has good plumbing, refrigerator, balcony, shower, balcony, table, good linen, normal mattresses. 4 thousand rubles a room for 2 with breakfast in the summer season . Breakfast is a separate topic. A large cafe, uncomfortable. Breakfasts are served until 10-30, coupons are given out, for some reason they ask what time you will come. In fact, if you come later than 9, there will be no pancakes or omelette. Delicious, but without any special amenities.
