The most uninteresting attraction.
Yes, it is majestic from the outside, but inside there is a mini market, museums and mounds of Ala excavation land, but in fact a photo area with a view was taken in the center.
There is no photo, because it is not interesting at all.
The entrance is 40,000 soums
An interesting object that seems to be not quite correctly presented.
Being in such a place, some emotions should arise, but because of the strangely designed space, everything around seems frivolous and it was not particularly interesting.
In my opinion, it would be better to remove the mannequins from the cameras, give the opportunity to go down into this pit and see what everything looks like from there, add a video in the exhibition hall.
The museum is very small, literally consisting of 3 rooms. I would like something more. Probably, in fact, the prison was much larger. There is no guide, we read the signs, in principle everything is clear
It's an unusual place, there's not much to see, but it's worth going before going to the Ark, they're nearby within walking distance. There is a guide who will take you through all the cells and corridors. Everything will take 15-20 minutes in time.
The tourist attraction of Bukhara is located within walking distance from the historical center. It does not take much time - it gives an idea of the strict conditions of detention of recedivists and debtors in the era of the emir. It consists of a fortification with a guard room, a 6-meter zindan and a cell for debtors. We were with the children, the inspection of the premises and inventory took 5-7 minutes.
A very interesting place when you study the history of this city, I really liked it, there are not many cars there, which means there is also little noise, I recommend
We were happy to come here after an interesting tour of the Ark Citadel. The figures of prisoners in the dark depths of the dungeon, shackles, and other means of educational work with the contingent, clearly illustrate the harsh mores of ancient Bukhara.
I recommend a visit. A striking contrast compared to the historical center, its lively streets. There are not many tourists here. It won't be crowded. 3 cameras. A pit for political prisoners - I can't imagine how anyone could be in it. Torture. The passage through the courtyard for walking was remembered most of all.
It looks impressive from the outside. It resembles the Bukhara fortress - citadel Ark (in miniature) located very close by. Unfortunately, I was not inside
To be honest, I didn't understand why there were so many rave reviews about this place, yes, just a prison, two cells for debtors and a pit for political prisoners (from which no one came out alive) and a courtyard where prisoners walked, as I understood it, who were waiting for them to be paid for and they would come out, well, as it were And that 's it 🤷♀️
It's beautiful and majestic outside! It's worse inside. There is a shop with Soviet souvenirs. The audio guide is 100,000 soums (800 rubles.), But there is nothing much to watch. A lot of things are closed. If you do not visit this place while in Bukhara, you will not lose anything.
There are only 4 cameras available for visiting, which cannot be entered, but only viewed from the street. If you have extra time, you can go, but there is nothing much to do there
It's beautiful, of course, not like the Ark fortress, but it's worth a visit, the condition is worse. There is a small museum, there are usually not many people, it takes literally five minutes to walk from there
All the super atmosphere of the east you go and enjoy the views of Bukhara emirate .I advise everyone and ride an electric taxi is unforgettable, you can bargain the east loves it!
It's enough to look outside, it's not impressive inside, you shouldn't waste time

The Emir's prison is a mysterious and gloomy place... It is worth a visit, there is a museum, you can plunge into the time of the reign of the emirs and feel all the pain and hellish torments of the prisoners, looking at the statue and the dummies... It's a scary place...
I don't like the Evening Ark!There is a complete mess around the arch! Everything is in a mess, someone is riding a bike, anywhere, someone is in a small car, someone is on a scooter, generally a mess!We need to distribute everything by zones!Yesterday, my grandchildren were almost hit by these cars that were riding a scooter! So until we put things in order, we absolutely will not go there!
The impressive buildings amaze with their history.
It's definitely worth going. You can take a personal guide at the entrance, he will tell you everything and show you.
A relatively small and very ancient prison building. There's not much to see inside, literally three rooms, but if you're passing by, I still recommend looking in
I haven't gone inside yet, but I really want to get there, I just don't have time yet. Soon we will have a seed there too, then I will definitely come in and share my opinion with you. And so it looks cool from the outside, that is, not usually
One of the few remaining prisons in the east. There are only like two in this state around the world. After visiting, I don't want to break the law. I recommend you to visit.
The scale is amazing, the expensive unjustified entry from tourists is cheating 10 times for this and it's a shame, a huge crowd of tourists already in the morning, the object is under reconstruction
A small museum, not expensive, for 20,000 soums. It is interesting to visit, there are manicures of convicts and guards inside the reconstruction, there is even a death row pit. I recommend a visit.
The museum is small, as is the prison itself. A lot of people were not kept here, mostly debtors. The bug pit is 6.5 meters deep, named accordingly because of the bugs that infested it. Exhibits - shackles, whips, sculptures of guards (with very kind faces :). 2 British spies were imprisoned in 1842 before their execution. Take a walk around the building, you will find a narrow passage with an interesting ending.
