I ordered flowers for my mother on March 8th. And unfortunately, or fortunately for this institution, I am in another country.
And the following unpleasant situation happened. I ordered flowers on March 7, filled out all the data required from my side and threw off a 100% prepayment, although I remember earlier that payment was made upon the readiness of the bouquet. Maybe the flower shop has new rules in connection with a possible change of owner. I was informed that the bouquet would be delivered at lunch. The next day comes, one o'clock in the afternoon, Karaganda time, the recipient still does not receive the bouquet. Well, I justify the delay in the possible volume of orders. I started to worry when it was already 3 p.m. in Karaganda time, and no one was notified about the delay of flowers. I wrote first on Instagram, because I placed the order through this social network. I waited, but they didn't answer me. I wrote what's app, they didn't respond either, although the administrator or whoever is watching the chats there, I have no idea, was "online. She called. It took another 1.5 hours while I was trying to contact at least someone.
I don't know, maybe I don't live at the right time, or maybe they started having lunch in Kazakhstan at 6 p.m.?! But the bouquet was delivered, however, not the one that was ordered, whether it was made from leftovers, or hastily assembled, I also have no idea. Well, I have the following questions:
1. Was it really difficult to post a story on Instagram that you have a large flow of orders and you don't have time for anything? By the way, the story was posted, but only at 5 p.m.
2. Does such a large flower shop, which has 15 thousand subscribers, have experience in "6 years of collecting beautiful bouquets", there is no person who would be responsible for a quick response or at least some kind of reaction? Or you have both an administrator and a florist in one person. If so, then that justifies the third part of my question.
3. Namely: what did I pay the florist for myself? So that they just gathered roses in my arms, which were not even the kind that were in the Instagram photo, and casually "stuffed" the poor, who saw this harsh life of festive everyday life, a sprig of eucalyptus?!
I previously ordered bouquets from you, I no longer wish and do not recommend it to anyone, because these people do not have any respect for their own time, well, for someone else's, even more so. Here they do not monitor the quality of the services provided, but the profitable revenue.
I recommend changing the Instagram header and putting it there:
"Perfect Instagram pictures and the perfect money-stripping service💐
Warranty without warranty!"
Thank you so much for your attention and I hope that my comment will open the eyes of trusting Karaganda residents.
P.S. All women from March 8th! I wish you timely answers and beautiful bouquets!
