A cozy place, courteous staff, fresh and delicious food, huge portions. They brought lavash and hummus for free. There is free water on the table. Prices are the same as everywhere else in the center of Istanbul. A 10% tip is included in the receipt. The downside is that fruit tea is unnatural, but still delicious. Those who are waiting for a takeaway order are served tea for free.

Probably the most adequate institution in terms of service and prices. Which is witnessed by regular customers in the form of Chinese tourists and not only. Convenient location.
The kitchen is delicious and fresh.
Respect to the administrator. He is a very friendly and cheerful person, speaks a little Russian, and if you are a regular customer, you will definitely be treated to tea or coffee with Turkish sweets for free.

Tasty is average, but not cheap. But they do not behave beautifully: the staff blindly included a tip of 100 liras in the check, insisted that we pay a tip of 100 liras. We planned to leave a tip of 50 until we saw the receipt. After our indignation and a dispute with the staff that the tip was voluntary, we agreed on 50 liras. Although after such impudence it was possible not to leave. The chairs are all greasy, there is no desire to sit down. The spoons are just lying on the table, without an envelope or napkin. We were in another cafe, paid cheaper, delicious and there is no unsanitary conditions. There is no more desire to visit this cafe and the nearest ones.

I do not recommend it. I don't understand how they were able to eat there at all.If I were in the place of some kind of Rospotrebnadzor, I would close them. We came in tired after arrival. The prices are great, the food is disgusting.10 percent for the service is unclear. We found a social cafe by the sea, as many as 2 pieces, and went there to eat, cleanly, quickly and at reasonable prices.

In December 2023, it is relatively inexpensive here, but that's all, dirty, not tasty, I took an assortment of meat, the first time such that I would not finish part of it. The staff is normal, everything is fast and responsive, but the whole story works on the stream, groups of 30 people are brought by bus, and some kind of madhouse begins.
