Very convenient location of the hotel, Opposite the hotel is the Lyabi House Square.
Breakfast is a modest buffet, but everything is delicious and the dishes are quickly cleaned.
Very polite staff, the hotel is quiet and clean. Towels, slippers, hair dryer, soap/shampoo, kettle and two cups are all provided.
We had a corner junior suite with windows to a small courtyard, the sun did not enter the windows and it was quite quiet. The room is decorated with motifs from the palace of the last emir, vividly and resembles an oriental casket. On the downside, the room was very small and "tired", sockets were found behind the headboard and at one bedside table, an extension cord for the refrigerator and kettle was thrown near the refrigerator. There is a hanger at the entrance, but there is simply no full-fledged cabinet, there is a small cabinet above the refrigerator. There is a kettle and a couple of cups. The plumbing is in working order, but it's already asking for a replacement.
I believe that tourists transit for one night and no one really bothers.

Excellent guesthouse, decorated in the national style. Excellent location: the Old Town begins immediately, the pedestrian zone, the Lyabli House, the monument to Khoja Nasreddin. Good price-quality ratio. Not the cons, but the features: 1. Some rooms are located on the 1st floor and the windows overlook the noisy road. Maybe it's important to someone. 2. The breakfast area is located in the basement, a room without a window. 3. There is no coffee machine, only instant coffee.

The most convenient location. After a very tasty and hearty breakfast at the hotel, we went for a walk and walked around all the sights.
We lived in a room with windows facing the street, but there was no noise.
Very friendly guy at the reception. I helped with where to change the money. I brought my suitcases and took them out. I even took a taxi. Things were left for storage, we went for a walk and took everything away.
We really enjoyed it.
The Wi-Fi worked perfectly without any problems

We lived here with my husband from October 8th to 11th. A wonderful place, very polite and friendly staff.
The location of the hotel is beyond praise. From 5 to 15-20 minutes on foot to the main attractions.
Despite the fact that we had windows facing the road, it was not noisy at all. The room itself is large, clean and colorful in an oriental way. There was a beautiful oriental ornament on the wall.
Breakfast is a mini buffet. Everything is delicious. The cheerful Wi-Fi made us happy the whole stay.
I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who appreciates good service, comfort and does not want to overpay.

We were from 5 to 11 March 24. Good location, near the historical center. The room is warm, the batteries warmed well. There is also an air conditioner. The staff is very attentive, polite, any request, question - they do everything at once. There is a bathroom and a toilet in the room. At breakfast, the usual set, sausages, eggs, cottage cheese is very tasty, some local pastries are delicious. In the same house, 5 m. there is a grocery store, small but there is everything you need. The store is changing rubles. At that time, it was 130 per ruble. The bank's official exchange rate was 135. That is a good course. At the hotel, the administrator invites the exchanger directly to the hotel, they changed for 131p., The service itself is free, but this is if you change from 40000p. If you walk along the main street towards the airport, there is a billline office about 1 - 1.5 km away. We bought a SIM card for 350 rubles. with 20GB of Internet. I'm nowhere without the Internet, messengers, insta live, Yandex taxi, etc. Yandex taxi works - prices in the city average 10,000 SOM - it's 80p.

Convenient location within walking distance from the main tourist sites. The Labi House is 50 meters away.
The rooms are spacious and quiet. The design is European with a slight touch of oriental flavor.
The breakfasts are very tasty: fresh seasonal fruits, pastries sweet and not sweet, sausages, cheese, eggs. Unfortunately, coffee is only instant, but given the number of coffee shops within walking distance, this is not a problem.

There is only one advantage here — a convenient location. Cons: they cheat with the tax, take it more than necessary, not in accordance with the Regulations on the procedure for collecting tourist (hotel) fees in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Appendix No. 3 to Resolution No. 475 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 08/25/2022); very fatty food for breakfast (take digestive preparations with you); shower it was broken; the room is cold; the window in the room is purely formal, it goes directly to the reception, where people walk (i.e. your curtains will always be closed). My advice to you is to request room information from the hotel and request payment for the tour.collection in accordance with the legislation! And demand from them a competent document on the payment of the fee, in the name of the service you should have written "payment of the tourist fee", and not "payment for accommodation".

Nice hotel with good breakfasts.
I took one star because if it's cool outside (13 degrees), the room is cold. We're frozen. And the room is very small, but colorful. It's straight out of Uzbek style. I also didn't have enough cleanliness. There is dust on the bed sheets, the bedside tables do not move at all when they are washed. There are lumps of dust between the pedestal and the wall.
And there are much more advantages: it is located right in the center of events, all the sights are within walking distance. You can walk even during the day, even at night. There are many cafes nearby.

Friends!!! The only positive impression is the location of this hotel. You leave the hotel and immediately enter the old town. Two bottles of water were placed in the room every day. There are a lot more disadvantages. If you're a squeamish person, there's no way for you to come here. A dirty bathtub with dead flies, a dirty and dusty rug in the room. You will eat in the basement. Everything just lies on the plates and does not cover up in any way, and you yourself understand that this is not very good in the heat. There is no coffee in the hotel. I stayed in Bukhara for 2 days. When booking a hotel, its location was most important to me. I chose this hotel because it is located almost in the tourist center of the city. I would put all 10 stars on this indicator! Lyabi House Square is just a 2-minute walk away. Most of the sights of the old town are within walking distance.
By all other criteria, it is a complete satisfaction. A small two-storey building with a beautiful stylish interior and an open courtyard. A cozy, clean room, tastefully decorated with oriental ornaments. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Delicious breakfasts, hot national pastries. Excellent service, friendly and smiling staff. It looks like the hotel is maintained, serviced and one big friendly family lives right there. The children help with the housework.
Very nice prices.

Great hotel! In the very center of Bukhara, a stone's throw from Lyabi Hauz, the monument to Khoja Nasreddin, the Jewish quarter and other historical monuments. Near a cafe, a teahouse. Very friendly and hospitable hosts, received us ahead of check-in time. Delicious breakfasts are included in the price.
The room is comfortable, spacious, clean, with air conditioning, all necessary accessories, including slippers. The bathroom is excellent, everything is comfortable, clean. As soon as it got colder, the owners turned on the heating. Very comfortable beds, lots of sockets, lighting and space for things.

Beautiful interior, clean rooms, delicious and varied buffet breakfasts, 2 minutes to Lyabi House at a leisurely pace, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby (I recommend JOY), souvenirs.
If you arrive at the railway station, you can get to the hotel by taxi, or go to the bus station (it is nearby) and take the 378 or 268 bus, but you will need to walk about 1 km from the stop (the railway station itself is 15 km away), but the cost is 15 times lower than by taxi (for economical tourists)

I liked it very much, although at first I was scared, because before entering the hotel I had to go through a very narrow corridor or back alley. The inside is very cute and authentic. The rooms are small but cozy, clean and modern. The breakfasts are beyond praise - they are served separately to each guest very beautifully and tasty. The staff is very helpful and helpful. We had a rest with the company , we wanted to sit in the evening to eat melon, drink wine. The young man at the reception opened the dining room for us, which is for breakfast, cut everything beautifully for us, put the right dishes and cleaned everything after us at the end. It was very pleasant. I definitely recommend this hotel. The disadvantages are narrow and hard beds, but someone likes it, and a man was smoking all the time in the courtyard and was drawn to our room. And so everything is surer!

An excellent small hotel with a very convenient location. Clear. Very clean! The rooms are cleaned conscientiously. We had a room for three, we liked everything very much. Thank you for checking in by 9 a.m. (we arrived at 6). Delicious breakfasts. Everything is within walking distance. The next door to the hotel is a shop with adequate prices (we went into the basket once and did not notice much difference). You can immediately change money at the normal exchange rate. There is a green market within a 10-minute walk, if you want fruit, you can go in the morning (it only works in the mornings).

The location of the hotel is just perfect. Just a few steps and you are already on the central square of Lyabi House, where the famous monument to Khoja Nasreddin stands and where historical Bukhara begins.
We lived on the ground floor, near the reception and the Internet was fast, just flying. The room had new plumbing and new large beds. Very clean.
The breakfast was simply luxurious - the best of all the hotels in Uzbekistan where we lived.
For breakfast there were 3 salads to choose from, porridge, omelet or scrambled eggs, cuts of several types of cheeses and sausages, various meat pies, several types of sweet pastries.
They gave not only the traditional watermelon, grapes and melon, but even fresh figs (in October!).
There are many good restaurants around. We recommend a Plane tree (ask at the reception) - delicious, beautiful, inexpensive.
The hotel staff was very helpful in all matters. They ordered a taxi, helped to change money, gave advice on choosing souvenirs.
I really liked the hotel, we all recommend it. Nice and comfortable room 204.

An excellent hotel with a great location in the very center of Bukhara.
Rooms with everything you need are cleaned every day.
The breakfasts are simply gorgeous, there is everything from olivier salad to fine samsa, from sweet pancakes to homemade ham.
Of the cons: sagging mattresses. I had to put a blanket on so that the springs wouldn't dig into my sides.
