The airport building is compact, clean, and convenient. The airport staff speaks Russian. I met only competent, friendly, helpful staff.

The queue of locals returning home will be large, they will run, push out and not look at you, whether you are a woman or a man, they don't care.. There is one baggage belt running right behind the document check.. You will definitely not get hurt there and you will not rush around looking for the number of the tape, BUT! Be prepared for the fact that the same locals will push you out of the tape. Upon receipt of baggage, if you have it, a second clearance inspection is possible.. At the exit, if you are not met, taxi drivers break the prices for tourists, do not grieve.. Remember! There are no such prices that will be announced in the city)) if you need a comfort taxi, as we use every time we visit Bukhara, then there is a room.. The class of the car , the driver is Russian-speaking, the price is class .. .. At departure there is also one entrance, one luggage clearance and then check-in with the same locals who think that the plane will leave without them.. Then, after receiving the ticket, we go up to the second floor and go through customs with an inspection.. And we go into the waiting room.. There is a Duty.. The world maps don't work.. In general, a small compact airport can take 1 plane at a time.. If 2 arrive at once, they have difficulties with baggage handling and close the doors to launch the second group of arrivals.

The airport is small, so it is very noisy. Please note that there is no taxi company at the airport. There is only a booth, and there is no one inside. Airport staff have been talking like this for a long time. There is a small tray with chocolates, chips and drinks. Samsa with meat and potatoes is sold there - I do not recommend it. With meat, only the name is solid fat, with potatoes - not tasty. We haven't finished eating. There is a small duty free department.

We were very surprised when a Boeing with a capacity of 400 passengers was put on the Bukhara Tashkent flight, which takes only an hour to fly. And the whole salon was filled!

There were really oddities, for example, the airport is closed at night, or rather the access road is closed, as a result, 250-300 meters you are rushing with a suitcase on foot, and for some reason around, because the straight road is also closed. In general, the airport service does not particularly care about the comfort of passengers. Interestingly, water can be put on the plane, but a lighter is not allowed. Smoking is not allowed, there are no booths, of course there are no "VIP halls and "Sky priority" there. Duty free also looks very provincial, it's a nook with 2 dozen bottles and three blocks of cigarettes at exorbitant prices. About 1.5 times more expensive than in any Moscow store. Apparently they think that dytik is a "boutique", in general, the complexity of translation))) And in general, considering that you will spend at most a couple of hours there , it is quite normal . And yes, you also cheerfully stomp on foot to the plane, no sleeves, etc. are provided, well, actually the climate is such that it probably isn't relevant. By the way, the food that was loaded on an Aeroflot flight from Bukhara was quite normal.
