We were in the pub on 05/29/21, booked a table in the karaoke room, liked the karaoke room itself, but ordered a beer set for 60 BYN and alcohol for 4 people, alcohol was brought immediately, and we waited an hour and a half for the set!!! Several times the waiter was called and asked when the food would be brought to us - zero reaction, the administrator came up 2 times and apologized, but food was brought at neighboring tables, but not to us, we sat drinking for an hour and a half without snacks, after an hour and a half they finally brought the set the declared weight was more than 2 kg, no ONE ate because the portion turned out to be very small, they expected it to be at least 2 times more, and it was finally pointless to order more dishes to eat, because they would have waited another 2 hours, the service was just terrible (we were there for the first time and the impression was spoiled) for the first time in Gomel we encountered this, I wanted to ask for a book of complaints, but already I wasn't in the mood for this writing that day, I wanted to relax. As an apology, we could make a discount, otherwise just excuse me... If we go there next time, we need to eat at home, otherwise you won't be full of their food (((

Do you want to ruin a corporate party? You are at the right place! Let's start in order.
1. Seating arrangements. We wanted to make some money, I hope you did it. There were so many people in the small hall that I had to sit like a sprat in a jar, back to back with the next table. To get out, you need to ask neighboring vacationers to move over. The waiters had nowhere to go and the plates were carried over their heads. There are so many dishes on the small tables that there is nowhere to put food, and we had to clean the dishes ourselves so that the waiters could at least put something on. At the same time, you did not take into account that your plates are large, with wide sides. I almost had to hold them in my hands. Dancing? Yes, two square meters will be enough for you for an overcrowded landing! People had to dance at the exit and near the kitchen, and the waiters had to somehow try to get between the dancers, periodically pushing them aside so that they could do their job.
2. New Year's Eve program. Yes, that's what it says on the receipt! A cover band! That's the whole program. They sang beautifully, but you can just listen to a cover band in many establishments on a normal day, and there it is not called a "New Year's Eve program". There was a competition. ONE! Questions about the institution. What's New Year's Eve about it? Not even a single New Year's song. From the New Year's - caps on some waiters. Did we pay for the caps?
3. Food. There was a pre-order, for a certain amount according to the conditions of the institution. I have already written about the fact that there was nowhere to put food. It's a shame that they tried to deceive us. Not all the dishes were taken out, while they frantically proved that they had brought everything. They pulled to watch the cameras without understanding. They poked at another set, proving that this is exactly what it is. But, this set was on the table at that moment and there was not the dish that was missing. There was a long table for 14 people, we stipulated that everything should be so that it could be reached, so we ordered several portions of snacks. A fruit plate? I haven't seen her. They say it was at the other end of the table. Fish and chips 3 servings were ordered! In fact, they brought one, proving that they just unloaded 3 servings into one plate. What for? Have you been asked to do this? How should people reach out to her? If 3 pieces were ordered, then 3 should stand. Why should I pay for 3 servings if they brought me one? Or should I carry a scale with me to double-check? What you did stupidly is solely the problem of your establishment, not your guests! 3 pieces were included in the bill, although in fact they brought one. I consider this to be the purest deception. It didn't visually look like 3 servings. Alcohol was allowed to have its own. Thank you, of course, but our closed remaining bottles should have been given immediately, and not after the proceedings. We didn't drink chicken, but rather expensive whiskey and there was no reason to leave it to the institution, after such an organization.
4. Tips. It seems like they are left at will. We've paid, you have to bring the change. You can't take it for yourself, and then you can also ask for some pennies for containers. I was waiting for the receptionist with the change, and I wanted to personally give him a good tip. However, there is no change, just a check. They forgot to bring the change, but they did not forget to remind them several times that the institution was closing.
In general, the conclusion is that no matter how cool you are, it is very easy to lose your face in the pursuit of money. The Bulldog pub confirms this. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We celebrated corporate parties a lot, but this is the first time we've seen this. The rest turned into a continuous showdown, constant twitching and a spoiled mood

They were sitting at an empty table with a tray with spoons and forks, although the dishes were pre-selected and the time was chosen when the table would be set.
