We were at this institution on a weekday on a quiz and everything was fine. Last Friday we decided to return, which we later regretted very much. We called to book seats, and the administrator clarified as many as 3 (!) times whether we would have 200 rubles to pay the deposit in vipka. The beginning is not the most pleasant. When we arrived, it turned out that vipka was not exactly what we imagined, we decided to move to the bar. The receptionist (a girl with dark hair and thick eyelashes - unfortunately, there are no names on the badges) behaved very unfriendly and looked very unhappy, and later on the whole evening her far from the most professional behavior was observed not only with colleagues, but also with guests. Some of us waited 2 hours for food, one person did not even wait. No one received any comments or apologies. We were not informed in advance about the workload of the kitchen and the duration of cooking. At the exit, another joke - the person in the wardrobe who took our outerwear at the entrance was not there, they received "Numbers from the guard? Do you see the number? Well, go get it." At the same time, the coats hung from above, it turned out to be a whole story to get them)
One of the advantages was that we were served by a cool bartender, who even in the heat managed everything and remained friendly and professional. To sum up, the place is not bad, but, guys, something needs to be solved with the service, especially with the administrator. To communicate like this with guests, and even more so to ask a company of 5 adults three times whether they will be able to pay a deposit of 200 rubles is nonsense and a disgrace. I've heard stories about the "friendliness" of this girl from several other acquaintances. I hope this review will be seen by the person who is responsible for the work of the staff. Since the administrator is the face of the institution, think about whether you choose to smile at your guests from the doorstep, or "make faces". Thank you for your attention.

A very cool place!
I always pay attention to the elementary, basic SERVICE! Here it is at the highest level!!!+++Food, drinks, atmosphere 10/10. Music ( as I understand it, different groups are joining ) Either I'm always lucky or there's always really cool music)) If someone doubts about their choice of where to go to relax and have a delicious meal at the same time, my recommendation is to you!))
And thanks again to the guys for always coming up with something new and not standing still!

A very atmospheric and stylish place. Excellent cuisine. The quality of the alcohol and the serving is ten out of ten. I would like to say separately how comfortable and pleasant it is to be in an institution where the staff is very responsive. They will not forget about you, they will not leave you in agonizing expectation and they will always clarify whether you like everything.

10 stars out of 5. To say that a great place is not up to you to rate it. We arrived as a company from Minsk and did not regret a bit.
The atmosphere is at the highest level. You can feel the style and quality. The quality can be traced absolutely everywhere, starting from the staff at the entrance and ending with inexpensive drinks and delicious food.
After the visit, only positive emotions remained. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone

We visited this institution for the first time. Oleg, the administrator, met us. The nicest person is polite, attentive, pleasant, fully knowledgeable. His advice, as well as detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks, were very appropriate! We got GREAT pleasure from the settings suggested by Oleg, the beer on his recommendation turned out to be above all praise. When you are constantly addressed as "Lady", it is already a plus in karma. The atmosphere of the cafe is pleasant - the music is not intrusive, the waiters know their business, they are almost invisible. High quality of service!!!

Overall, it's a good place.
What I liked: music, cuisine, hookah, atmosphere.
I didn't like it:
1. Sour beer, which was first taken away, and then, after the bartender dipped his finger in it))), they brought it back and said that this was what it should be))), then they replaced it with another, but of a different variety and it was also sour)) they didn't try their luck anymore, they just didn't want beer anymore.
2. I had to look for a waiter all the time to order something.
3. You also need to keep an eye on your outerwear, apparently. Another girl left in my coat, and the receptionist said that they were not responsible for the safety of things. They promised to resolve the issue, but no one even thought to do it, fortunately, the girl showed up herself a couple of days later.

The best place in Gomel! A very cool place with a good location. Beer is more painful than here, I have not seen it in Gomel. The service at the level is very clean everywhere, they serve free treats in the form of beer snacks. On weekends, covers are played and the people on the dance floor do not keep themselves waiting. I still don't understand why the music is so loud. Many establishments in Gomel commit this sin. It's some kind of provincial omen. It looks like a pub, but it doesn't seem to be. People go to the pub to drink beer and chat. Not shouting over the music.

The best place we visited during our trip to Belarus. Food, drinks, alcohol - the highest level. The waiters are very attentive and polite.
