Best coffee in Minsk, good atmosphere, convenient place, and great staff

A place with a good location and really delicious pastries. I tried the spinach quiche — it was delicious, but it was slightly under-baked. But matcha without milk is just perfect, perhaps the best in this area, and maybe in the whole of Minsk. The assortment is pleasing: bread, desserts, drinks — there is plenty to choose from.
But the trouble with comfort is. The cafe is clearly too small for such a large number of visitors, which is why it is noisy and crowded. Tables are cleaned slowly, and sometimes the staff, tired of the flow, just puts an order on a dirty table — this, of course, is unpleasant. It is also not very convenient that the sink is located directly in the serving area.
If they had added something unusual, like a Scandinavian shrimp cake, I would definitely have tried it. But I won't come here for lunch anymore — it's too noisy and inconvenient. But for the matches and pastries, I'll look in again.

But the main thing is a friendly attitude to all guests, delicious coffee and a lot of things to it. The visitors are very different. Moms and dads with children, people with laptops or just conducting business conversations, permanent employees and employees of nearby offices on a break. You can sit both inside and outside, or rather, above the street - you can sit looking at the setting sun. Many people take coffee with them - there are many benches in the vicinity. I recommend not to pass by.

Hello. I want to complain to you about your service.
Yesterday, my friends and I were at your place near the Grushevka metro station. We ordered 3 coffees (small cappuccino) and one croissant. Your prices must match the service. And it was worse than in the cafeteria. It was very stuffy in the hall, there was no air conditioner or it wasn't working. We went outside, the three of us were sitting there, and 3 people were constantly tugging and moving. It was not possible to sit. Coffee arrived-one of them was cold and spilled. Disgusting service and attitude. I'm a former barista, and the difference is whether the coffee is fresh or not. So one of our photos was taken at least 10-15 minutes ago.
I turned the cup away, so that I could take at least some kind of nominal photo. There was a trail of dried coffee on the other side. But yes, here you can see how the coffee is poured into a saucer under a mug and got on the sugar.

UPD: I unsubscribed in the inst. There was no feedback, they asked for a phone number, but they never called, they said that the code was on the receipt, but since I have a copy of the receipt in my hands, the code is not there, and these documents must match.

The interior is kind of tired, as are the staff. There is little room. The prices were unpleasantly surprising, but that's okay. Yesterday I had a chance to try the strangest filter in my life, to put it mildly, even coffee at gas stations was not so surprising. 300 ml of oil was served, which was very similar in density to espresso, only in a volume of 300 ml. The staff mistakenly or unknowingly brewed a caffeine bomb instead of a light filter. Everything is excusable, but they reacted to the remark with a kind of tired look. I don't want to cause problems for anyone, no one went to fight with anyone, and I urge the management not to do this in relation to employees (maybe this coffee is just not usually taken as often as all these cappuccino / lattes, and the employee is just new and didn't know how to keep the proportions when brewing?), just explain/show me how to make coffee, and I'd like to be a little involved. I don't think you'll want to come here again, unfortunately, I expected more from my first visit to this chain's establishment.

Review of the cafe "Buns" on Dzerzhinsky in Minsk
I often visit the cafe (bakery) "Buns" on Dzerzhinsky Street. Most often I order a cottage cheese casserole and I love to drink matcha or black tea with warm milk.
I like that the place offers cozy tables both inside and outside, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the city. There are places for one or two.
There is always a rather long queue when you need to punch an order.
However, when I sit down at a table, I am pleased that the waiters remember where I am and bring the order directly to the table. This element of service is always pleasing and creates the feeling of a cafe, not just fast food.
As for the food, I liked it, I highly recommend quiche with salmon, it is served with salad.
The croissant with salmon is delicious, although I understand that the croissant itself is not the most healthy dish.
I am happy to come back here for my favorite treats.
I want both tasty and healthy. But so far everything is very sweet. Of my sweet dishes, only casserole.
I am not recommended to eat rolls and croissants.
It's great that this place is working. Good luck and we are waiting for a new niche of unsweetened desserts...

Despite the lack of other orders before mine, it took about 20 minutes to make coffee and serve dessert. Moreover, the customers who came after me received their drinks earlier, although their order was paid for later. Such an organization of service raises questions and, possibly, requires a revision of the approach to staff work.
Previously, your establishment was distinguished by a high level of service, but, unfortunately, the current situation leaves an unpleasant impression. I hope that this review will help you improve the quality of service and return to the high standard for which you were famous.

I often go to Linline laser cosmetology for procedures and on the way I always go to the wonderful bakery "Buns". My patience has simply run out. We have been living on Grushevka for a year and a half and go to this coffee shop almost daily. The coffee is good, the desserts are good too, but the service is trash!
Almost every time something is confused with the order, then the croissant is not with salmon, but with meat, then the brownie is not the same, then they will give another coffee.
Every time I tried to justify, they say, there are a lot of people, the load is heavy, the human factor does not happen to anyone.
But today, besides me, only 2 people were waiting for an order in the coffee shop!!!
It seems that there are a lot of girls behind the counter, and they mark something on the checks, but still there are always some mistakes.
Then why are there so many people there if there is no organization?!
