A place with a good location and really delicious pastries. I tried the spinach quiche — it was delicious, but it was slightly under-baked. But matcha without milk is just perfect, perhaps the best in this area, and maybe in the whole of Minsk. The assortment is pleasing: bread, desserts, drinks — there is plenty to choose from.
But the trouble with comfort is. The cafe is clearly too small for such a large number of visitors, which is why it is noisy and crowded. Tables are cleaned slowly, and sometimes the staff, tired of the flow, just puts an order on a dirty table — this, of course, is unpleasant. It is also not very convenient that the sink is located directly in the serving area.
If they had added something unusual, like a Scandinavian shrimp cake, I would definitely have tried it. But I won't come here for lunch anymore — it's too noisy and inconvenient. But for the matches and pastries, I'll look in again.
The delicious Buns coffee shop is a place where taste and comfort create the perfect mood!
Thank you so much for your amazing coffee, the most delicate pastries and, of course, for the impeccable service! Every visit to Buns is a real pleasure: the atmosphere here is so warm and sincere that you want to come back again and again.
I would also like to mention barista Anna, who is incredibly friendly, attentive and a true professional in her field! She not only makes the perfect coffee with love and skill, but also energizes every guest. Even Monday mornings get sunny with it! ☀️
Thank you "Buns" for your hard work, care and the special atmosphere that you create. You are the best place for those who appreciate taste, quality and good mood! I will definitely recommend you to all my friends! P.S.
Be sure to try the signature cappuccino and cinnamon croissant — it's something incredible!
The Buns Cafe is a place where comfort, warmth and an incredibly delicious atmosphere reign! From the first visit, you fall in love with the aroma of fresh pastries, the cozy interior and the warm welcome. But the main treasure of this cafe is ** barista Anya**!
Anya is a real magician of coffee art! Each cup, made by her hands, is a small masterpiece: the perfect balance of taste, beautiful serving and unique aroma. She doesn't just make coffee — she creates a mood! Always smiling, attentive to the wishes of the guests and sincerely loving her work, Anya makes visiting the cafe truly special.
There is also an amazing selection of desserts in Buns — airy croissants, delicate eclairs and, of course, their signature buns with different fillings! But even the most delicious pastries get even better with a cup of coffee from Anya.
I definitely recommend this cafe to anyone who appreciates quality, comfort and excellent service! And if you want a coffee that will be remembered for a long time, ask Anya. ** 10 out of 10**! 🌟☕💛
Positive:
- good location
- have something to eat for lunch
- a large selection of bread, desserts and drinks: quiche with spinach was not bad, but not baked, matcha without milk = perfect.
- the best match in the area and maybe in Minsk
- friendly staff
- beautiful view
Cons:
- for the number of cafe visitors, the area should be 2 times more
- it's noisy
- tables are not cleaned quickly
- the sink in the serving area is bad
- the staff is not trained in skills and does not follow the rules of service in the company. I guess they just don't exist. From fatigue, the girl, without wiping the table, began to arrange what I ordered = this is trouble
- everyone is here: moms with strollers, students with suitcases, couples, people with laptops, parents with children.
I won't come here for lunch anymore = it's not convenient and noisy.
Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful morning and a delicious breakfast)
Excellent coffee, a wide selection of desserts, an almond croissant is something with something, I liked everything.
I would like to note that they were already open at 8 a.m. and there was a full range, I will definitely come back.
The location is very advantageous. Everything is just a few steps away: metro, shops and convenience stores, pharmacies and a modern medical laboratory, books and more. But the main thing is a friendly attitude to all guests, delicious coffee and a lot of things to it. The visitors are very different. Moms and dads with children, people with laptops or just conducting business conversations, permanent employees and employees of nearby offices on a break. You can sit both inside and outside, or rather, above the street - you can sit looking at the setting sun. Many people take coffee with them - there are many benches in the vicinity. I recommend not to pass by.
The coffee is delicious, and the mango-citrus tea in the kettle is also cool. I really like croissants with salmon and benedict with salmon, hummus with bread. from the sweet Napoleon or kruglik. It's a pity that the curd cake with cherries was removed, I don't remember what it was called. A
small minus is that the tables are in two rows.
A very cozy cafe with a wide range of pastries and confectionery. Fast and courteous service. It's pretty clean, although the traffic is high. The coffee is of excellent quality.
"Buns" are always greeted very sincerely and warmly. The place itself is not very big, but it seems to add comfort. 🥰
Pastries are always fresh, and the amount of them makes your eyes run away. Matcha is also delicious, although it's really hard to find a really good one! 🤍
Hello. I want to complain to you about your service.
Yesterday, my friends and I were at your place near the Grushevka metro station. We ordered 3 coffees (small cappuccino) and one croissant. Your prices must match the service. And it was worse than in the cafeteria. It was very stuffy in the hall, there was no air conditioner or it wasn't working. We went outside, the three of us were sitting there, and 3 people were constantly tugging and moving. It was not possible to sit. Coffee arrived-one of them was cold and spilled. Disgusting service and attitude. I'm a former barista, and the difference is whether the coffee is fresh or not. So one of our photos was taken at least 10-15 minutes ago.
I turned the cup away, so that I could take at least some kind of nominal photo. There was a trail of dried coffee on the other side. But yes, here you can see how the coffee is poured into a saucer under a mug and got on the sugar.
We have a toilet with a code, because children go! It was this phrase that made my evening.
01.26.25 We went to the bakery, placed an order for 30p
Using the bathroom turned out to be a quest. You need a password, it's not on the receipt, there is no QR code, there are no instructions on the door.
You have to go up and beg for the code from an employee - it's terrible.
Figuring out how to invoke the keyboard also turned out to be a challenge.
When asked why such measures were taken in an institution where there is no flow of passing guests, i.e. only visitors to the bakery, I was told that children go to the toilet here - what??? I.e. the institution will not let the child go to the toilet??? But this can generally be understood and accepted - in no way. shock
Meal
Cappuccino without bitterness, just warm milk.
It's quite American, but you need to manage to serve a dirty cup to a guest twice)
the first time the cup was streaked and with leaking coffee on the saucer. The second time, she was just dripping, which is fu.
I also noticed that there were 4 employees at the counter, but no one was in a hurry to remove the dishes from the table where the new guests had already sat down. The guests sat down at a table filled with our dirty dishes.
Will I come back again- definitely not. The policy of the institution is terrible
UPD: I unsubscribed in the inst. There was no feedback, they asked for a phone number, but they never called, they said that the code was on the receipt, but since I have a copy of the receipt in my hands, the code is not there, and these documents must match.
The interior is kind of tired, as are the staff. There is little room. The prices were unpleasantly surprising, but that's okay. Yesterday I had a chance to try the strangest filter in my life, to put it mildly, even coffee at gas stations was not so surprising. 300 ml of oil was served, which was very similar in density to espresso, only in a volume of 300 ml. The staff mistakenly or unknowingly brewed a caffeine bomb instead of a light filter. Everything is excusable, but they reacted to the remark with a kind of tired look. I don't want to cause problems for anyone, no one went to fight with anyone, and I urge the management not to do this in relation to employees (maybe this coffee is just not usually taken as often as all these cappuccino / lattes, and the employee is just new and didn't know how to keep the proportions when brewing?), just explain/show me how to make coffee, and I'd like to be a little involved. I don't think you'll want to come here again, unfortunately, I expected more from my first visit to this chain's establishment.
I visit this place very often, I live nearby in the residential complex. a wonderful place, always smiling staff, I want to come more often) delicious and fresh coffee. I'll bet you 10/10
Review of the cafe "Buns" on Dzerzhinsky in Minsk
I often visit the cafe (bakery) "Buns" on Dzerzhinsky Street. Most often I order a cottage cheese casserole and I love to drink matcha or black tea with warm milk.
I like that the place offers cozy tables both inside and outside, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the city. There are places for one or two.
There is always a rather long queue when you need to punch an order.
However, when I sit down at a table, I am pleased that the waiters remember where I am and bring the order directly to the table. This element of service is always pleasing and creates the feeling of a cafe, not just fast food.
As for the food, I liked it, I highly recommend quiche with salmon, it is served with salad.
The croissant with salmon is delicious, although I understand that the croissant itself is not the most healthy dish.
I am happy to come back here for my favorite treats.
I want both tasty and healthy. But so far everything is very sweet. Of my sweet dishes, only casserole.
I am not recommended to eat rolls and croissants.
It's great that this place is working. Good luck and we are waiting for a new niche of unsweetened desserts...
Dear administration of the institution,
I would like to draw your attention to the situation that occurred during my recent visit. I visited your cafe to enjoy my morning coffee and dessert, but I encountered unexpected difficulties in the service.
Despite the lack of other orders before mine, it took about 20 minutes to make coffee and serve dessert. Moreover, the customers who came after me received their drinks earlier, although their order was paid for later. Such an organization of service raises questions and, possibly, requires a revision of the approach to staff work.
Previously, your establishment was distinguished by a high level of service, but, unfortunately, the current situation leaves an unpleasant impression. I hope that this review will help you improve the quality of service and return to the high standard for which you were famous.
This coffee shop already has very little space in this room! If earlier it was possible to comfortably sit over a cup of coffee, now it is as uncomfortable as possible! A lot of people, dirty, the interior is already worn out. On the plus side: good coffee and delicious (but expensive) pastries.
Fresh, delicious croissants for breakfast and on the road. The coffee is delicious. We took more before departure) the desserts are very tasty, Napoleon is very tender! Croissant with fish is really with fish, and there is more than one piece) in general, I recommend it
I think Buns is the best cafe. Yes, it's not cheap, but it's better to take one Napoleon pastry than one kilogram of Russian biscuits, where the composition of the products is similar to the great periodic table. I often buy bread and baguettes there, as well as coffee. I recommend it to everyone
I really love the Buns coffee chain. It is always clean and cozy in all points! The coffee is delicious, the meringue roll is one of the favorites in the city.
The impression is mediocre, to put it mildly. An ordinary wheat "baguette" was used to understand the place. This is the first time I've tried such a rubber dough product, and it doesn't have any taste of its own, except that it tastes like flour. It's edible and that's all, it has nothing to do with a baguette, in any large supermarket products from a convectome come out many times better and tastier. It's also twice as cheap.
Regarding the service: there is a queue at the cash register, 3 baker cashiers look numbly at the frozen cash register, unable to accept payment for several minutes, WITHOUT ASKING if there is an opportunity to pay in cash (there is), they begin to serve the next customer, who shouted that he was ready to pay in bills. The collective farm.
The overall impression is that the place itself is quite cozy and you want to enter it before you try the locally produced "baguettes". I don't think it's worth clarifying that with such a recipe for the simplest product, there is no desire to visit sweet cooking there.
I often go to Linline laser cosmetology for procedures and on the way I always go to the wonderful bakery "Buns". It's great to sit with a cup of delicious coffee and a croissant before or after the procedure. I really like the staff, they work quickly and are always in a good mood. I buy very tasty sourdough rye bread from them, my family is just delighted with it.
The best buns I've ever tasted in the area! :D
On Saturday morning, get up, take a walk, grab some fresh products and eat them with a coffee bomb. Thanks to the buns
I love coffee very much, but I have never tasted really delicious coffee anywhere on this network. I bought it enough times, I thought that another barista would cook better, but no.
It tastes much better in the subway at the entrance to the subway, just like in ecobar.
Every day I go after work, I want to go in and buy a bun, at least try it. and every time they are closed. I think, well, let me go in anyway, even if I have to knock out the doors, a worker immediately appeared (although they are already closed!!) and kicked me out in a very rude way! I was left hungry and without buns, with a bruise on my arm. I give 2 stars for a beautiful signboard.
Terrible service to the staff, in general, everything is exactly for the client, we came to breakfast on February 23rd - a complete failure. We took an additional 2 eggs to the bruschetta - poached eggs inside, but they are in the shell, when asked how to clean and eat it, the waiter said - that's how he left, I asked to redo it - THEY REFUSED, they also said NO, 50 rubles for breakfast and a complete lack of service. It's terrible, I'll never come here again. Everything is fucked up, there are a lot of people, there is no music - noise and uproar , the institution has slipped(
The service is unobtrusive, friendly staff will prompt and help with the choice. The pastries are always fresh, the Baileys roundel is out of competition. While he is😁
The coffee shop is in a convenient location, the balcony is very pleasing in sunny weather. I highly recommend you to visit!
This is not the first time in Buns-a great convenient place, the service is pleasant and masculine at this address) They made sea buckthorn tea without any problems, which is made from their sea buckthorn puree with honey and decorated with orange and rosemary, without anything.
Buns are a place that smells like bread... A very pleasant impression from visiting this place is delicious pastries for almost all tastes, from cakes to various types of bread with and without fillings. There is an opportunity to drink coffee not only to take away, but also at tables both indoors and outdoors, prices are different, but everyone can choose something according to their budget.
A wonderful place! Tasty, fast, high-quality, but expensive.. for me, at least.. they bake very tasty bread themselves.., there is a lot of choice! And there is also a wonderful Napoleon here! Just a thrill! Not often, but you can please yourself!!!
I love the chain of these bakeries, but the service... I understand that it's fun at the checkout, but a guest comes to you, takes a big drink to take away. Warn him in advance that you have run out of caps, not after the fact. With full glasses of drinks, the speed of movement on the street is limited.
The interior was pleasant, but I didn't like the coffee and desserts, the flat was like cappuccino, Napoleon was too sweet and resembled unpeeled tongues crushed in the Kremlin. I didn't like the rye baguette either, the crust is not crispy, but thick and oaky. I may have come on a bad day, but I won't repeat it. I add that I still gave a second chance, but in the thirty-degree heat there were no cold drinks due to the lack of ice. Well, no, guys, sometimes you have to trust the Hydrometeorological Center. And anyway, it's summer outside, ice will definitely come in handy. It is now an unshakeable NO. I don't come here anymore.
A super-tasty and comfortable cafe. Very pleasant and polite staff, offered a blanket after the rain for a small dog.
The most, right here, the most delicious tartlets in the city.
A big request to the owner, add halvic raf to the menu and add 500ml latte.
I was as satisfied as possible.
The morning is ruined
The opening is at 7:30 a.m., there is a queue of visitors in front of the door, the girls (employees) are swaggering past, the visitors are knocking on the door. At 7:40, the doors are still not open. Every minute counts in the morning. On the eve of the New Year, being late for work and missing a sweet gift for colleagues. I don't recommend it
A large selection, a cozy place. But there are a lot of people, prices are above average, there is not enough space. Also, what I didn't really understand is why so many staff are crowding behind the cash register if you still have to wait a long time. It's just unclear who to contact for an order, and it seems that they are also cramped in this room
Great baking!
We were there in the morning, we wanted to have breakfast before leaving the city. I liked everything, both coffee and pastries and desserts.
The only question is the speed of service.
Apparently, the institution is a favorite of the people, so the management should think about expanding the staff, otherwise the girls are completely sewn up.
P.S. Panini is a little dry, we need to work on the recipe))
My patience has simply run out. We have been living on Grushevka for a year and a half and go to this coffee shop almost daily. The coffee is good, the desserts are good too, but the service is trash!
Almost every time something is confused with the order, then the croissant is not with salmon, but with meat, then the brownie is not the same, then they will give another coffee.
Every time I tried to justify, they say, there are a lot of people, the load is heavy, the human factor does not happen to anyone.
But today, besides me, only 2 people were waiting for an order in the coffee shop!!!
It seems that there are a lot of girls behind the counter, and they mark something on the checks, but still there are always some mistakes.
Then why are there so many people there if there is no organization?!
If you want to please yourself, go here. It doesn't matter if it's breakfast or just coffee with you)
Desserts are great in their simplicity of execution and brightness of taste. Delicate cheesecake, honey cake with moderately sweet cream, crispy croissant, snail (my favorite ^^), quiche - everyone will find something for themselves.
Coffee is soft, without bitterness. Which, personally, pleased me.
I'm glad I came here today and I'll come back more than once in the future.
This place deserves to be in the Favorites bookmarks
A wonderful place with a very pleasant staff, a comfortable atmosphere and delicious food) the choice of pastries is simply unrealistic) I order not only in the institution itself, but also with delivery
It's a cool place, but there are always a lot of people. I often took cocoa there. It would be great if there was more space. People at the table who sit closer to the checkout are not very pleased when there is a queue behind them for an order and waiting for it, and people in the queue also have little space, because people are sitting everywhere. That's such a vicious circle. 😀
I rate the service exclusively, because I haven't tried anything because of its quality. I stood in line and watched as after voicing each position, the cashier goes to the window and looks to see if it is available (which is why the time of both sides is wasted). And while you are standing in line, you are already anticipating the taste of what has sunk into your soul, but in fact, as the queue approaches, you will find out that what you have chosen is not there. And the price tag is just for another similar position (by the look of the croissant you will not understand what it is inside). Drinks are cosmically expensive, and I don't think they're worth it. Due to the rudeness of the cashier, when asked to remove the price tag of something that is not available, I did not order anything, and I will not return
