This place was highly recommended to me. Therefore, before writing a review, I went three times. I thought, well, suddenly I took the wrong position, I was unlucky with the shift.
So, there are always 3-4 employees at the checkout, you stand in line at the checkout for 10 minutes, and then you have to wait 15 minutes for an order (it's about a drink, pastries are given immediately). At the same time, I would understand if there was one employee, so there are always a lot of them. In general, the employees at the checkout are always dissatisfied, they will not offer anything extra (a package, a drink for baking), they will not say hello. In general, the service is at zero.
About drinks. Author's teas (they took masala, lingonberries) well, not really, I drank better. It's just not a delicious recipe. Masala resembles the correct version very distantly. The coffee is good. Cocoa is watery, not very tasty. It's like half a portion was diluted with water.
Bakery products. Croissants are ordinary. That is, in a bakery (for example, in the one next door) they are airy. It's like supermarket cooking. Napoleon in a glass is disgusting. I don't understand how you can ruin a recipe so badly. Cupcakes (popsicles) and cheesecake on a stick are also terrible - greasy, not tasty. I liked the croissant with roast beef. I wanted, however, with fish, but the unnaturally red color confused me.
To sum up: I don't understand the hype around the place. There is no service, the food is not delicious. There are places in the neighborhood where it may be a little more expensive, but it is much more pleasant to spend your money.
Well, the finale: I ask the girl at the checkout: what kind of porridge is there? Answer: well, read the menu. And I'm such a person, tell me well - I'll buy everything. And bread and rolls. But not with you.

Hello! I am very upset with the quality of service in this institution - the bread is tasteless, dries quickly (bought in the morning, and by the evening it is already impossible to eat). I thought that the queue at the cafe was because everything was so cool, but the thing is very slow staff, when three employees walk in single file behind each other and probably therefore do not work fast.

The interior is bright, it's nice to be inside, the range of pastries is good, the staff tries their best. I would diversify the assortment of cold drinks in the summer: lemonades, ice cappuccino. I recommend the wine department, which is located in the same room. Along with alcohol, you can buy cheeses, delicious cold cuts, liked the assortment of jams, prices for some products are lower than in the city.

Completely ordinary drinks were better, now they are smaller in volume and not tasty. We come and then there is no ice, then they forget to bring something, then they mix up the orders. In general, for such prices it is better to go to a restaurant🫢
