In November 2024, we rented an apartment on the 2nd floor (bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, balcony) (actually, we are still there :). Good repair, clean. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove, washing machine. Our windows faced Ataturk Boulevard, a little noisy, but we got used to it quickly. Wi-Fi is normal. There is always hot water, there is a gas boiler in the house. The rain shower is wonderful) The owners are very nice, they live in the same house, they are always in touch. I wrote on WhatsApp, taking a number from Yandex.maps, and we were booked a room
